“I used the spa service,khun Mickey(massage therapist) can provide excellent spa services. You'll be very happy after the spa treatment.”

“I recently stayed at Meliá Chiang Mai in the Level Corner Room, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The room itself was spacious, modern, and comfortable, and having access to The Level lounge was definitely a highlight. The club lounge benefits added great value to the stay, with a relaxing atmosphere and attentive service throughout. Breakfast was another standout — there was a wide variety of options to choose from, and the quality was consistently excellent. That said, the only downside during my stay was the severe air pollution in Chiang Mai at the time. Due to the heavy haze and smoke, the hotel had to close its rooftop area. This was quite disappointing, as the rooftop was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel in the first place. Overall, it’s still a great hotel with excellent facilities and service, but I do hope to return in better conditions to fully enjoy everything it has to offer — especially the rooftop experience.”

“The hotel is great in every way... but you absolutely must see the room before you pay... because the view on Booking.com is just photoshopped, and unfortunately, you're paying for a fake view... Look at the picture; this view is deluxe, while the one on the website is photoshopped 🤦🏻‍♂️”

“Just loved it, we had a connecting room with our kids. The food, the pool and location were perfect. All made even better by the staff who were so generous and kind. Of particular note - Fluke was so helpful, the perfect concierge.”

“The staff were very helpful and friendly, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool area. There were always enough sun loungers and shaded spots by the pool when we stayed in March, although it may be busier during peak season. The breakfast also offered a tasty variety. We particularly liked how close the hotel was to the Night Bazaar, as there was always something to do nearby. The pool was surprisingly cool, but that was not a problem since it was up to 38°C outside. The curtain on one of the loungers was broken, but that was really the only minor issue. Overall, it was a very good experience.”

“Arrived today, what about an arrival, lovely staff. It was noticed by staff that are room had some tech issues, so staff have fixed straight away. We arrived to a birthday treat too. Cant wait for this stay. Also I could get used to the doors constantly being opened for me 😆”

“A perfect stay at the Melia Chiang Mai. Airport pickup and check-in went smoothly. We had a very nice "The Level" room, which I highly recommend. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were very good. The rooftop bar on the 22nd floor is worth seeing. The location is excellent for exploring Chiang Mai's old town. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a very nice pool. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.”

We had dinner at the rooftop one night and the food wasn’t the best, tho the music, view, and vibe where amazing! I highly recommend having a drink and enjoying the view!”
