Reviews of Meliá Chiang Mai

Were there for 2 nights on our honeymoon, but had to cut our trip to the Chiang Mai short because of the floods. The staff was AMAZING! Very helpful and professional , came up with solutions to all our problems (and helped us make our flight even though leaving the hotel in the floods was complicated). The facilities are very well maintained, good breakfast, very clean and modern rooms. The location is right on the night market which is a lot of fun, but we recommend if you book on the wet season to check the flooding situation, as the location is close to the river. All in all, we recommend!

첫해외여행이라 그래도시설이 잘되어있는 곳으로 고르긴했는데 너무 친절하고 좋았어요. 특히 여행기간중 홍수로 외부로 나가기 어려운 상황이었는데 호텔측에서 빠른대처로 어려움없이 여행을 마무리할수있었어요. 지역자체가 침수되는곳이라 우려가되지만 정말 추천하고싶은 호텔입니다! excellent! :)
