“Thank you so much for hosting us during our 4th annual international cousins trip! We truly enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the warm hospitality. The staff was incredible,friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We did have a small issue with some of the amenities, but your team resolved it immediately, which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Delicious and diverse, a perfect start to each day. An extra touch would be if the rooftop stayed open a bit later. After a long day, it would be wonderful to relax on the rooftop and take in the beautiful views. Please continue to maintain your high standards and stay a 5-star hotel. We look forward to visiting again!”

Desde el primer momento, el hotel impresiona con su arquitectura moderna y elegante, cuidada hasta el más mínimo detalle. Las instalaciones transmiten confort y exclusividad, lo que hace que cada espacio invite a relajarse y disfrutar. El personal merece una mención especial: siempre atentos, amables y con una profesionalidad impecable, hicieron que mi estancia fuese aún más agradable. Las habitaciones son amplias, luminosas y muy bien equipadas, perfectas para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. El servicio de desayuno es excelente, con una gran variedad y productos de primera calidad que satisfacen todos los gustos. En general, cada aspecto del hotel superó mis expectativas. “Stayed here with our 2 year old. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms one of the best I've stayed in Lisbon. The staff are so welcoming and made our stay special. There were bath toys, a soap kit and towel for our daughter waiting. Food wise there is a full in room mini bar and the restaurant has a great breakfast, definitely recommend!”

“I just had the pleasure of staying at the ME hotel for about two weeks. From check-in until checkout everyone on the staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. Breakfast staff were amazing and by the third day knew exactly what my group wanted to eat and drink. By the end of our stay, one of the team members knew my room number when I came in to sit down for breakfast. The rooms were great, housekeeping staff were excellent. Madalda at the front of those helped with everything from a key card issue I had to restaurant suggestions. My stay was amazing and when I visit Lisbon in the future I will certainly stay here!!”

“The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working and maintenance arrived 15 later to inspect the air conditioner. Maintenance determined that the room’s air conditioner was working and would inform the front desk to change our room assignment. It was been over 45 minutes and have not heard from either the front desk or hotel management about their decision to deal with the broken air conditioner situation.”

The Fismuler restaurant knocks it out of the park with its standout service and a menu that's truly one-of-a-kind. Overall, it was an epic adventure – a weekend I'll never forget at a hotel that's already the go-to spot in Lisbon.”
