“Our stay at ME Cabo was amazing from the moment we arrived. The room had the perfect layout and size, and it was fully stocked with everything we needed—towels, toothbrushes, and other essentials. We also appreciated the water bottles and Nespresso setup with sugar and cream. The balcony was a highlight, offering a direct view of the pool along with a beautiful ocean view—truly the perfect setting to relax. A special thank you to Martina, who made sure our room was always fully stocked and comfortable. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed and made our stay even more enjoyable.”

“My husband booked this resort for our 5-night honeymoon, and overall we had a nice stay. Our oceanfront room was on the 5th floor, and the views of Land’s End and the Baja Peninsula were beautiful (when cruise ships weren’t docked nearby). The property itself is extremely clean - housekeeping clearly puts in a lot of effort each morning, and it shows. The staff was consistently kind and attentive, and we appreciated the nightly turndown service. Breakfast (with the ME+ package) was convenient, and the food was good at Taboo. One of the biggest highlights was the Korpo Wellness spa. We booked a 90-minute couples massage which was fantastic. Things to be aware of: This is definitely a high-energy, party-style resort. Music starts around 10:30am and continues throughout the day at loud volumes with a DJ at the pool, and competing music at the beach bar, and restaurants (which goes until 1am on Friday and Saturday). If you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere, this is not the resort for you. We found it a bit difficult to fully relax/read or sleep without white noise or earplugs. The in-room fridge is quite small and mostly stocked with items for purchase, so there’s limited space for personal items or leftovers. If whale watching is a priority, it’s best to plan your visit before April. Also, beach vendors pass by frequently, especially if you’re sitting in the front row, so just something to keep in mind when choosing where to set up. Overall, we’re really grateful for the experience and had a wonderful time celebrating our honeymoon. For a future trip, we’d likely explore a quieter area of Cabo.”

“ME Cabo is a beautiful resort in a great location, and the overall aesthetic and vibe are definitely appealing. However, the experience didn’t fully match the expectations that come with the price. One thing I noticed is that the staff seems to cater more to beach club visitors than to actual hotel guests. At the beach, service could use improvement—waitstaff should be more attentive, like acknowledging guests when they sit down and offering drinks or food without having to flag someone down. Hospitality overall felt lacking. There wasn’t much of a warm welcome or consistent greeting from staff, which is something many people look forward to when traveling. Customer service is a big part of the experience, and that’s an area that needs work here. Housekeeping also missed a few details—used glasses weren’t replaced, there weren’t enough face towels for two guests, and robes weren’t refreshed. Small things, but they add up, especially at a resort like this. The concierge team was kind, but it often felt like answers were indirect—likely because they’re trying to steer guests toward hotel services. It’s also worth noting that while taxis are readily available, downtown is only about a 5–8 minute walk for those who prefer to explore locally. Overall, ME Cabo has a lot of potential and is visually stunning, but the customer service doesn’t quite match the price point. I’ve stayed at less expensive resorts with much better hospitality. With some improvements in service and attention to detail, this place could be top-tier.”

Shoutout to management, customer service, marketing - every single department! It is so obvious they strive for excellence in their work. I know there are so many places to choose from when booking your stay - if you want to feel safe, welcomed, and experience WINNING VIEWS, pick this place!”

“We booked our JR Capital Presidents club trip to Cabo and stayed at the amazing ME hotel. I don’t have any bad things to say! This was truly the best experience we could’ve ever asked for! Renee, Gabriel and Jose were all such a help to our whole group and so accommodating. It was seamless getting 30 people checked in and accounted for during our entire duration of the trip! We can’t recommend the ME enough.”

“Paulina is amazing- we came here on a bit of a whim to celebrate the life of our pup who had recently passed away. She had set up a whole special arrangement of champagne and strawberries upon arrival, with a little message toasting to him. It was all (happy) tears after that. We actually ended up extending our stay by another week, and upgrading our room to an oceanfront with jacuzzi- 10 out of 10, would recommend. At one point I wasn’t feeling very well (sensitive tummy) but with the help of Paulina, my husband was able to arrange room service to bring something really comforting (just a plain peanut butter sandwich and some buttered noodles). To most it probably seems like a small thing, but it really meant a lot in that moment- especially being late at night. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.”
