El sábado fui a la boda de una amiga y estuve muy agusto en este sitio. Me sorprendió sobre todo la actuación de un camarero llamado David, quien estuvo muy atento y servicial. Sin duda repetiría otra vez aquella experiencia.

Love this hotel Staffs Staffs are very friendly Fernan is a gem, extremely helpful and takes time to show u where to go.. Location Is great. Just opp the metro and by the sea. Lots to see and do Great hospitality Even though we came in a tour gp and I suspect the room was sold at a low price, we got free natural juice drinks coffee machine and kettle in the room Even the Mugs and Expresso cups are so cute. So tempted to purchase if they aren't so pricy Amenities Shower caps tissue box shower robes bedroom slippers , u name it they give u. love the design of the bedroom slippers. Rooms New and clean. Spick and span. Common areas Beautiful cheerful modern tasteful Breakfast 8 types of nuts for cereal Omelets All kinds of ham So much food spoilt for choices Love everything about this hotel Highly recommended

Desayuno Restaurante Serendipia. Todo bien. Mateo, Nelson y Virginia.

A nice hotel and pool area, but poor service and small rooms. An example of the service: Hotel guests were reserving sunbeds by the pool with trash/small items around 6-7 in the morning (picture attached) and hadn’t arrived at the pool even by 2 PM. We mentioned this to the pool staff, saying that the spots had been reserved for over 8 hours without anyone showing up, and asked if we could take the spot. The response was that they were reserved and we couldn’t take them. We didn’t get a sunbed, and when we went further away to sit, we noticed that half an hour later, the next customers who inquired were allowed to remove the reservations. It’s not okay to pay 600 euros per night and have a system that supports reserving sunbeds for the whole day. Another example: we waited a long time (over 20 minutes) in the lobby for a taxi ordered by the hotel. Due to the heat, I started feeling fainty and went to ask for water. I was charged 7 euros for a small bottle of water. A little later, I saw another hotel guest ask for water, and the staff brought them a free bottle. Unfair treatment towards guests, and although the hotel was otherwise nice, we won’t be coming back because of these reasons

Estuvimos alojados la primera semana de septiembre de este año en the level. Los edificios exteriormente una pasada, junto con las piscinas que son dignos de un 5 estrellas, las habitaciones yo diría que son de un nivel inferior el cual no acompaña a la sintonía del hotel. El buffet lo vimos poco variado para ser un 5 estrellas, no todo es malo, también cabe destacar a los camareros Sofiane y Ancuta, que nos trataron de 10.
