Estancia perfecta en un entorno espectacular. Las camas súper cómodas y el desayuno, el mejor para empezar el día. Gracias al todo el equipo humano y especialmente a Carlos, Pablo, Carrie, German y Antonio por su amabilidad y por cuidarnos tan bien. Estamos deseando volver!

Estuvimos a finales de Diciembre toda la familia incluida nuestra perra. Un punto a favor que se pudiera alojar con nosotros, es parte de la familia. Las instalaciones están fenomenal, tanto comunes como las habitaciones. La limpieza excepcional. Todo el personal con el que coincidimos era encantador y muy profesional. No recuerdo su nombre pero la mujer de pelo corto y ojos claros del restaurante nos atendió de maravilla, Nekane también fue muy atenta y siempre pendiente de todo. También Luis David fue muy amable y profesional. Varias camareras que estaban en el desayuno fueron también muy agradables. Guillermo de recepción fue un encanto con nosotros y sobre todo con nuestro pequeño Martín. El desayuno es perfecto, muchísima calidad y variedad de alimentos. El menú para la comida o la cena es muy variado y los platos son buenísimos todos. Qué pena no poder haber probado todos, cada día pedíamos una cosa distinta! Excelente la cocina, nuestras felicitaciones. Si que considero caro lo que se paga por los animales, considero alto que porque se aloje un animal se paguen 50 euros por noche, entiendo que habrá animales que puedan causar destrozos pero al no poder dejarlos en la habitación siempre están vigilados. Creo que si los trabajadores están contentos en su lugar de trabajo y se les reconoce su labor se plasma en su servicio y creo que así lo hacéis. Muchas gracias

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights in January 2025 at the beautiful paradisus cancun resort. Every view in the resort is breathtaking, especially the incredible decor and lively lobbies full of plants that stretch from the ceiling to the floors. The beaches are very beautiful and clean, the pools are large and a lot of seating. The rooms are very nice and accommodating with great views. There is a wide selection of food to satisfy any craving you may have, and let's not forget the wonderful drinks they will serve you all day. The reserve section was an upgrade we chose and it is very worth it with extra amenities and included bonuses, including an adult only section and pool area. The staff across the entire resort is what really makes this place special. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I commend ALL of the staff here, not one complaint. Ramiro Armando Manuel was the last server on our trip before we checked out and he was so nice to make sure we had a great last morning.

아빠 엄마 결혼 40주년이라 가족들이 다 같이 여행을 왔습니다. Harry 라는 스태프가 센스 있게 도와주셔서 더 특별하고 즐거운 여행이 된 거 같아요 베트남 여행할 때마다 빈펄로만 오는데 나트랑 빈펄은 정말 서비스 좋아요!!!! 감사합니다
