Sol Benoa Bali - All Inclusive

Having never visited Bali before, in fact Indonesia, we were excited to go. On arrival at the hotel the reception area was absolutely stunning and the front of house staff were really friendly and helpful. As we were earlier than the check in time our luggage was stored and we were given a welcome drink. We were soon after shown to our room and were surprised with the size, enormous. The hotel and restaurant were lovely. Staff were attentive and interested in us. The food in the restaurant, although not an extensive menu, was really nice. The buffet breakfasts were fabulous and if you couldn't find something you like perhaps you should be going self catering. From bread, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cereal cooked breakfasts and made fresh while you waited omelette and more unusual local breakfast items, rice, noodles etc. The pool area as well as the whole of the grounds were beautifully kept and clean. Our whole holiday was stunning and we will have lovely memories of our Bali holiday for the rest of our days

Everyone at the resort was fantastic, but especially Arthawa & Dwi at the juice stand! Great value resort. Well worth a look

We had the opportunity to travel to Bali with our kids, and my parents. We booked 2 rooms at SOL but on check in the GEX MANAGER ms Ratna Dewi saw we had kids and upgraded us to the Family Villa. This was the highlight of our trip in Bali. The Family villa is so spacious and so well designed we could really enjoy quality family time in the villa. The hotel walks out onto a stunninh beach, and has a walking path all along the beach, passing other hotels and restaurants along the way, such a great stroll. The hotel is very well located with restaurants just a short walk away, we also went for a walk each morning in the Bali Collection which is right next door, full of beautiful gardens, markets, souvenir stores and restaurants. The breakfast at Sol was amazing. If I have one regret it woulf be that we did not take the All inclusive package Thank you again ms Ratna.

A Memorable Return After 7 Years I had the pleasure of returning to this hotel after seven years, and I’m happy to say that the experience was just as wonderful as I remembered. The consistency in the quality of service and the overall atmosphere is truly commendable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the cleanliness of the rooms, everything met my expectations. The staff was as courteous and attentive as ever, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One small suggestion for improvement would be to consider some minor repairs in a few of the rooms. While the overall experience was still great, a little touch-up in certain areas would enhance the guest experience even further. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would gladly return again. This hotel continues to be a great choice for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Thank you again after seven years ago:)
