“Das Hotel ist nicht weit Weg vom Flughafen und dennoch hört man den Flugverkehr so gut wie gar nicht. Der Garten hier ist sehr gepflegt. Der Poolbereich wird immer sehr sauber gehalten und das Essen ist wirklich fantastisch lecker. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Dankeschön für diesen schönen Urlaub.”

“The hotel has great facilities. Our room was very clean with a great view over the pool area and the sea. The hotel is run extremely well, exceptionally comfortable and clean. Staff are polite and friendly. The main bar staff give you the best all around service and delicious Mojitos. The food was excellent with plenty of choice and the desert to die for. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxed stsy and would like to thank staff for making our holiday special.”

“Das Hotel befindet sich in einer super Lage, nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum von Rhodos Stadt entfernt und auch gleichzeitig am Meer, daß durch einen Tunnel unter der Straße sehr bequem zu erreichen ist. DIe Zimmer und das Hotel allgemein machen ein sehr sauberen Eindruck und das Hotel Personale ist wirklich unglaublich freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.”

“I spent a lovely week at the hotel with my family. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the reception team. However, what makes this hotel so special is the staff, every single person makes you feel welcome and goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable All the staff were very friendly and creeted you with a smile. The food was excellent. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Hear the car for three days, the island has a lot to offer. Overall we had a brilliant stay..”

Guests can choose from a variety of accommodations, including standard rooms, family rooms, and suites, all designed with modern elegance and equipped with essential amenities like air conditioning (bare in mind is quite old and not the best , flat-screen TVs, and private balconies, many offering breathtaking sea views. The hotel's facilities are extensive, featuring two outdoor swimming pools, an indoor pool, a wellness center with a spa and fitness center, and multiple dining options serving international and Mediterranean cuisine. Families are particularly well-catered to with a dedicated children’s pool, a kids' club, and a variety of daily entertainment programs. The staff is frequently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, the pool area can become crowded during peak seasons and that Wi-Fi connectivity can be inconsistent. Pool doesn’t open till 9am. Hairdryer did not work in room. Despite these minor drawbacks, the Sol Cosmopolitan Hotel excels in providing a memorable holiday experience, combining the charm of Greek hospitality with comprehensive amenities and services, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers visiting Rhodes. Flowers bouquet is 40 euros, incredibly expensive and not the best bunch either.”

“Hotel na wysokim poziomie. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna zawsze uśmiechnięta. Jedzenie naprawdę bardzo dobre. Położenie hotelu rewelacyjne, blisko do Starego Miasta Rodos. Polecam gorąco ten hotel.”

“Revenons d'une semaine au Cosmopolitan, en couple, en tout compris. Séjour agréable avec la possibilité de nombreuses excursions. Hôtel bien situé et desservi par les bus et taxis. La plage de galets avec des transats gratuits est un plus. Petits supermarchés, agence de location de véhicules en dessous de l'hôtel. L'ensemble du personnel est toujours aimable et souriant. Merci à eux pour leur professionnalisme ! Les chambres sont très propres et faites tous les jours. A prévoir sans doute lors d'une prochaine rénovation, le changement de la baignoire par une douche. Le choix de nourriture est important, tout le monde peut y trouver ce qu'il aime. La qualité des plats est vraiment très bonne. Félicitations aux cuisiniers ! Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour sur la belle île de Rhodes.”

“I can not speak highly enough of this hotel but more so of the hotel staff. We got stuck in Greece over the weekend after our flight was cancelled by TUI due to the global IT glitch. We were left on our own to sort out accommodation, at 3am this hotel took myself and my family in, including a 7 and a 1 year old baby. Unfortunately I can not remember the name of the gentleman that got us our room but I would like to thank him. Thanos the security man helped us to our room, got us milk for our baby and brought a cot to the room, he could not have been any more helpful and friendly. The next morning we faced an issue as the hotel no longer had availability, Rauliia to the rescue. She found accommodation in another hotel for not just our family but another family in the exact same situation as our selves, on the busiest travel weekend of the entire year. If she is reading this review I would like to personally thank her once again for how amazing she was to us all, her kindness is greatly appreciate and will not be forgotten.”

“Hotel lata świetności ma już za sobą widać to szczególnie po pokojach. Bardzo miła obsługa, chętnie pomogą w każdej sytuacji. Możesz się tutaj poczuć zaopiekowany. Jedzenie smaczne jest w czym wybierać natomiast dobrej kawy to się tutaj nie napijesz. Animacje prowadzone przez Francuzów u których angielski jest na przeciętnym poziomie. Przystanek autobusowy obok hotelu, koszt dojazdu do Rodos to 2,5 euro. Płatność u kierowcy tylko kartą.”

“Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Hôtel très propre vraiment rien a redire Chambre nickel faite tous les jours L extérieur est très bien entretenu rien ne traine. Bravo à toute l équipe de l hôtel 👏👏👏👏 La restauration et bars rien a redire bcp de choix Piscine propre assez de transats pour tout le monde même a la plage. Animation très bien nous avons été très bien accueillis. Niveau emplacement 4km de Rhodes Très bien desservi bus ou à pied chemin piétonnier.”

“Excellent family hotel, I was on holiday with children 17, 13 years old, everyone was delighted! The rooms are new, clean, the rooms with a sea view are just super! The staff is very friendly, excellent service! There is animation, you can rent a car or order a taxi at the hotel. The food is very tasty and varied throughout the day until late in the evening. For guests who arrive late, a restaurant is open where they serve a late dinner, which is included in the price. Beautiful beach with comfortable sun loungers. For lovers of water sports, near the beach you can ride jet skis or windsurf. The hotel is close to the old town, 5 minutes by taxi. The city is very beautiful. I liked everything very much, I wanted to come back here again. Thank you for our good holiday!”

“Great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, made with taste. Pleasant design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning. Very tasty food, something new every day. I will definitely return to Sol Cosmopolitan again.”

“Nice hotel, not far away from the airport and close to the old town of Rhodes. The hotel has 2 pools for adults and 2 pools for children. The pool area is very nice and gardens too. We have a Seaview room and we could watch the sunset every night. Amazing! All staff and animators are very helpful. Always smiling always say hello or good morning food is tasty and there is something for every one One day we will be back for sure.”

“Super bien placé. Boutique, restaurant, bar à proximité tout y est. La mer est en fac y'a qu'à traverser la rue par un petit tunnel et vous y êtes. L'hôtel est génial, le service nickel et les personnes sont super sympa gentil et souriant. Buffet très bien fourni et boissons et cocktail en all inclusive vois êtes gâté.”

“The only food that were good in the hotel kitchen is the breakfast. I have to give a big 5 stars to the pizza baker on the bar restaurant. His pizza is on top the absolute best food on the Hotel. Even the pizza man is very nice always smiling, laughing and joking. Most of the staff is very nice. Can't forget the receptionists the go all out to make the visitors happy. Thank you for that”

“The best hotel for holidays in Rhodos, i had an amazing time staying there with everyday activities and events directly at/from the hotel. Everybody from the staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The beach is directly in front of the entrance at the hotel. The main city is 10 minutes away by car or if you want to drink its only 9€ by taxi (the taxi station is also infront of the hotel). Thank you again to all the staff.”

“We just enjoyed at 10 night stay at Sol Melia Cosmopolitan and it was fantastic . We were four adults and two children (12 and 9). The rooms were great, with good sized balconies and great air con. The service in the restaurant was incredible and the food selection was outstanding. Our 9 year old is allergic to milk and we were worried about how we would manage with the all inclusive food but George was really attentive and went out of his way every evening to ensure our daughter had a dairy free option and even made her a selection of sushi just for her ! He even made sure she could have sorbet for pudding every night. She was so happy and didn’t ever feel left out of the excitement of the food each day.
