“מלון חמוד מאד שמצליח לשמר את האופי ההיסטורי של הבניין עם תוספות מודרניות שלא פוגעות באווירה וביופי של המקום. השירות מעולה!!! הגענו למלון בדיוק בזמן שעשו בו שיפוץ קטן וזמני בכניסה. חשבנו שזה יגרום לאי נוחות ואי נעימות בזמן שנהיה במקום, אבל בזכות האדיבות והרצון הטוב של צוות הקבלה, שפתרו לנו כל משאלה ובעייה שהעלינו בנושא, עברנו זמן ושהייה נהדרת במלון. מומלץ בחום”

“Transiting through Buenos Aires waiting to join a tour group. So, only one night here, unfortunately. However, the staff attention to service could not be faulted. Also had a light dinner in bistro area and that was more than sufficient. Breakfast was very good and wait staff were very polite and attentive when asked about food selections in buffet. Atmosphere was spot on and you felt like you were in a scene from the movie: Casablanca! The piano player @ breakfast was very good playing requests from his three-page list. Only one point deducted was from the room. Shower was tiny and water leaked onto floor as shower door wouldn’t close properly. Not a major problem in a bathroom, but could use a bit of maintenance. Overall a good experience for us first time visitors.”

“Melia Recoleta Plaza is a delightful boutique hotel in a great location. Rooms are well-appointed and staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant affiliated with the hotel (and where the included breakfast is served) gets 5 stars with its outstanding food, service, and atmosphere. Five stars also go to the jazz club in the hotel's basement.”

“O hotel é extremamente bem localizado no coração da Recoleta, a uma curta caminhada do notável Cementerio de la Recoleta, da bela Facultad de Derecho e da especial Floralis Genérica. Conta com um excelente restaurante, café da manhã de ótima qualidade (com um pianista ao vivo diariamente) e atendimento atencioso. O quarto é amplo e bem equipado, assegurando repouso adequado. Único ponto negativo foi que, em alguns dias, os copos de vidro disponíveis no quarto não foram lavados na arrumação pelas camareiras.”
