A few of the favourites include the succulent ensaladilla gallega, where sautéed octopus is expertly paired with tender potatoes, and the refreshing gazpacho: a vibrant tomato and capsicum cold soup that embodies the essence of Spanish summers. Pair a glass of sangria with “la tabla”, an exquisite selection of premium Spanish cured meats and artisanal cheese, an unbeatable classic, accompanied by sweeping city views.
Featuring a pool bar, a transparent infinity pool, and a rooftop terrace with outdoor lounges, the terrace offers a modern interpretation of Bangkok’s Brahman structure, The Giant Swing. The design, with its striking angled lines and architectural cabling, pays tribute to the iconic Rama VIII Bridge.
