“Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue fantástica, y gran parte de ello fue gracias a José Antonio en recepción. Desde nuestra llegada nos atendió con un trato impecable, muy profesional, cercano y humano. Siempre estuvo atento a cualquier detalle, dispuesto a ayudar y haciendo que nos sintiéramos cómodos en todo momento. Ni don Gil Polo, ni la de Montemayor -la Diana- ; Ni aquel Pastor de Filida, ni esa que le llaman la Araucana. Ni siquiera esa designada «Austriada».
