“Just wanted to say, the hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful. Special regards to Alfonso at the front desk who really set the great standard for the hotel when we first arrived and during our stay and the housekeeping staff who did a fantastic job throughout. The hotel itself is wonderful with an amazing view of Tiede, the sea and the two big pools on the premises, well maintained and there’s a number of different activities to do onsite. Local shops & shopping centre nearby about 5mins drive in both directions”

“La experiencia siempre es agradable. Si buscas tranquilidad y desconexión sin masificaciones, es la mejor opción con o sin niños. La calidad y cantidad de la comida del buffet es muy buena, bastantes productos locales. La limpieza de habitaciones siempre es excelente. El señor de recepción (no recordamos su nombre) nos pareció servicial, atento y predispuesto, todo un profesional, siendo la primera imagen del hotel que te encuentras, da gusto.”
