“Wow what an incredible 5 day stay we had here in the Red Level all inclusive Palacio de Isora. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious with gorgeous views of the pool and the sea. The hot tub bath and double showers were superb. The pools were warm and not overly busy. Drinks were only a few seconds away with friendly staff on hand ready to help bring them over to our beds. The range of different entertainment each night was fantastic with something for everyone and all ages. The restaurants were absolutely sublime our favourites were the Nami sushi, steak house and Mexican for lunch one day. The champagne and fruit around the pool was a lovely experience and something we look forward to doing again very soon - thanks to all the team for a perfect stay but especially to Naomi, Dylan and Patrick for going the extra mile to make sure we had everything, had all the information and making perfect suggestions to help us get the most out of our trip. We would highly recommend this place 👌🏼👏🏻”

“Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Hotel Palacio de Isora. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Beatriz Vega aus dem Restaurant. Sie ist sehr freundlich, sympathisch und herzlich, und man fühlt sich bei ihr sofort wohl. Es ist schön, Menschen wie sie zu treffen, die mit ihrer Art den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen. “The hotel itself is 5 star, no doubt about it. When you arrive it looks impressive and it is. However, the rooms themselves are nowhere near 5 star standard, they are extremely run down, not clean at all and in serious need of some work to bring them up to date. During our stay the hotel app did not work, this was the case for a lot of people staying at the hotel, we did complain about this and had to book with the hotel staff which proved difficult, we were mostly told the restaurants were booked up but at night time, you could clearly see lots of empty tables. 90% of the staff were lovely and helpful but there were some who were extremely rude (rolling their eyes for example). At the time of our stay it was obvious the hotel was working over capacity too because the staff were rushed off their feet, the level of detail in the customer service was not the level you would expect for a 5 star hotel. We spoke to a couple who had been previously to the hotel in May and they mentioned how staff were going over and above for customers but they felt the service this time around (only months after) wasn’t up to the same level and it had dropped significantly. The food and choice of restaurants was fantastic everyday, can’t fault that. The app not working however did ruin our experience in that sense as we have an 18 month old child and the app would have allowed us to book dinners for early at nights and give us control over booking restaurants ourselves.”

“Some hotels are memorable for their facilities, while others stand out because of how they make you feel during your holiday. At Palacio de Isora, the restaurant experience was a highlight, especially thanks to Beatriz Vega, whose warmth and friendly approach made a real difference. These are the little things that don’t show up in photos but make a stay truly special. A place worth enjoying at a relaxed pace.”

“Gran resort espectacular. De los mejores que he estado. Todo impecable. A destacar, sobretodo 3 trabajadores: Roberta: camarera del restaurante Oasis. Me la llevo en el corazón. Adrián: animación de los niños. Un chico encantador, divertido y cariñoso. Un gran profesional. Juan: cocinero del bufet. Siempre buscando y ofreciendo todo lo mejor para nosotros y mis hijos. Gracias a estos tres trabajadores, han hecho mi estancia inolvidable.”
