“Un séjour exceptionnel à Málaga ☀️ Nous avons passé 8 jours dans cet hôtel et nous en gardons une excellente expérience. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur, de bienveillance et de gentillesse. C’est vraiment ce qui a marqué notre séjour. Je tiens également à souligner la présence du directeur, que nous avons eu la chance de voir très régulièrement auprès des clients. Il est particulièrement attentif, disponible et à l’écoute, ce qui est assez rare. Il a été formidable du début à la fin, toujours avec le sourire et le souci de faire en sorte que les clients passent un agréable séjour. “Creo que ha sido uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado. Desde el minuto 0 la amabilidad de todo el personal ha sido increíble! Desde Paula en recepción, Julián en el bufet, las señoras de la limpieza y todos los chicos/as de recepción que nos han atendido increíble el trato. Las instalaciones impresionantes, todo muy limpio y cuidado. Cuando llegamos al estar en feria teníamos unos detalles en la habitación relacionados con la feria. Gracias por el trato, las buenas caras y la disponibilidad constante. Y sobre todo quiero destacar el trato, la cercanía y el cariño de La socorrista ELENA, un amor de persona, atenta, cercana y súper trabajadora. Gracias infinitas Elena.
