“Super schönes, modern eingerichtetes Hotel, um ein paar Tage entspannt abzuschalten ist es perfekt. Das einzige was fehlt ist ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Zu Fuß 45 min zum nächsten Supermarkt. Sonst hat man dort alles was man zum Urlaub machen benötigt.”
“Wir waren 6 Nächte im Hotel, hatten Halbpension gebucht und ein Zimmer in der ersten Etage. Der Check in war sehr zuvorkommend und recht unkompliziert. Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal an der Rezeption. Top.
Was soll ich sagen, die Lage und der Ausblick vom Zimmer sind erstklassig. Das Hotel liegt direkt am großen Sotavento Beach - eigentlich schon auf dem Strand. Das ist wirklich klasse.
Leider hat uns der Rest nicht wirklich umgehauen. Das Buffet, Frühstück als auch Abendessen sind sehr reichhaltig aber leider sind die meisten Speisen kalt. Es wird für die Anzahl der Gäste einfach viel zu viel vorbereitet, das gar nicht gegessen werden kann.
Auch lässt der Service während des Lunches sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir wurden mehr als einmal komplett ignoriert und dann recht lustlos bedient.
Zu guter letzt werden dir Zimmer für unser Verständnis nicht ordentlich genug gereinigt. Mit Verbesserungen an einigen Stellen hat das Haus wirklich extremes Potenzial:)”

“An absolutely outstanding hotel experience that exceeded expectations in almost every way and is truly worth returning to. The food was one of the absolute highlights — excellent quality, very well prepared, and with a wide variety of options. No matter your preferences, there was always something to choose from. The cocktails were also very good and reasonably priced.
The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and very well maintained, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere, especially with live music and various activities. The location is outstanding, with beautiful views and what is easily one of the best beaches on the island nearby. A big additional advantage is the large free parking area right next to the hotel, where it was always easy to find a spot.
The rooms are well equipped, including a balcony, and offer everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds and sunbeds were very comfortable. The staff overall was very friendly and attentive, both in the hotel and in the restaurant. A special mention goes to the reception team — several staff members spoke English, German, and Spanish fluently, which made communication very easy, and any issues (such as a lost or demagnetized room card) were resolved in less than five minutes.
There were a few minor downsides — our room was located on the ground floor next to a staff stairwell door, which was used frequently from around 6:30 AM, causing some noise and occasional inconvenience when exiting the room. The pool was quite cold, making it less comfortable to use. Housekeeping could be improved — bed linen should ideally be changed at least every three days, especially since sand from the nearby beaches easily gets into the bed, and overall cleaning could be more thorough. Also, one waitress in the restaurant was a bit too quick to clear plates before we had finished, although this did not significantly affect the overall experience.
As a small suggestion — it would be great if rooms included basic items such as toothpaste and an iron for additional convenience.
Despite these minor points, the overall experience was excellent — great food, beautiful location, comfortable rooms, and very good service make this hotel highly recommendable.”
