“Una experiencia estupenda. Lo que más nos marcó fue el trato del personal: nuestra hija comía muy mal y nos pusieron todas las facilidades del mundo en los distintos restaurantes. Se nota que tienen ganas de trabajar, son amables y cariñosos. La zona The Level es insuperable, con desayunos a la carta de gran calidad. El club infantil también es fenomenal. Nuestra hija de dos años disfrutó muchísimo: el personal es cariñoso, atento y con verdadera vocación, siempre pendientes de que los peques estuvieran bien y entretenidos. Como único punto negativo: el hotel ofrece un transporte al pueblo de Zahara de los Atunes reservando la plaza previamente, pero cuando íbamos a subir el chófer nos preguntó por la silla del coche para nuestra hija de dos años. Nos quedamos de piedra y tuvimos que ir en un taxi. Nos sorprendió que un Meliá orientado a familias no disponga de al menos una silla, sobre todo pensando en quienes no viajamos en coche.
