“Estuve con mi pareja un par de días y, por desgracia, solo fueron un par de días, porque nos habríamos quedado muchísimo más tiempo. El hotel es espectacular y la ubicación aún mejor. Es el lugar perfecto si lo que buscas es llegar, dejar el coche aparcado y olvidarte del mundo, porque lo tienes todo al alcance: la maravillosa playa, restaurantes, paseos y un entorno increíble. Ah, y decir que el chiringuito de la playa nos encantó y comimos allí los dos días. Además de unas instalaciones preciosas y un ambiente maravilloso, queremos dar un agradecimiento muy especial a Pilar, del equipo de Guest Experience. Desde el primer momento fue súper atenta, siempre con una sonrisa y pendiente de que no nos faltara absolutamente nada. Su amabilidad, cercanía y profesionalidad hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial. Sin duda, volveremos. “Hemos pasado unos días espectaculares en familia. El hotel es muy completo, las habitaciones están bastante bien, amplias y luminosas. Las instalaciones del hotel son geniales y muy destacable el miniclub, admiten niños desde 6 meses. Tanto nuestra hija de 10 meses como nuestro hijo de 6 años han estado felices allí con Mar, Alba, Esti, Juan, Guti, Alberto y Jimena. También destacar la atención de las camareras del desayuno de The level (Miriam y Antonia entre otras) que a pesar de las insistencias y las malas palabras de algunas personas, mantienen la calma y hacen un trabajo impecable y siempre con una sonrisa. Destacable también la atención de la camarera de piso Toñi que nos cuidó tanto. El bufet de la cena es muy completo y variado y el personal muy atento. El chiringuito está bien aunque quizás se echa un poco de menos la comida más de chiringuito y más arroces. Comimos dos veces allí, destacable la atención de Juanlu. La segunda vez pedimos un rodaballo fuera de carta, estaba muy rico pero creo que la persona que nos lo limpió no había limpiado muchos pescados porque lo destrozó al limpiarlo. Habría que tener cuidado con estos detalles, ya que se trata de un producto caro. La playa es espectacular. Ideal para que los niños jueguen, pasear e incluso hacer surf. Se agradecería que la pasarela de madera bajara un poco más hacia la orilla ya que bajar con niños (y carrito) se hace un poco pesado por la arena.
