Our stay at the Melia Desert Palm Dubai was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment we arrived until checkout, every single member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. Nerea, the Guest Service Manager, warmly welcomed us upon arrival, setting the tone for our stay. I must say she has the most beautiful smile. Essam was absolutely courteous made the check-in process seamless, guiding us to our room while providing a thorough briefing on everything we needed to know. Nelson was incredibly kind, helping with our bags and updating us about the hotel’s facilities, ensuring we were well taken care of from the very start. We headed to the Epicure restaurant for lunch, and it was nothing less than a culinary revelation. The newly renovated space and curated menu were top-notch. The crispy prawn burger, watermelon salad, and Levante pide were simply out of this world – each bite was a melt-in-your-mouth experience. After lunch, we were taken on a tour of the hotel grounds, including a visit to the stables and some of the resort’s breathtaking spots by the lovely Essam again. To say it was mesmerizing would be an understatement. The evening was magical. We enjoyed the Christmas lighting at the Rare Steakhouse, accompanied by wonderful carol singing, which we later learned was performed by the hotel employees themselves. The ambiance was truly festive and heartwarming. At Epicure, The mixed grill we had was outstanding, and after that, we retired to our room for a peaceful and relaxing night’s sleep. Overall, this stay was an experience of a lifetime. The staff’s attention to detail, the exquisite food, and the serene beauty of the resort made it truly unforgettable. We are already looking forward to returning for another exceptional stay. Thank you, Melia Desert Palm, for an incredible experience!

We stayed 5nights, everything was amazing starting from the smiley David who carried our luggage. The room was very clean, Mary Jean I think was her name, took really good care of us. Lastly, mr Essam was very helpful with our activities. Thank you very much once more.
