We recently spent two incredible nights at Melia Ngorongoro and were absolutely blown away. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The facilities at Melia Ngorongoro were truly exceptional. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed with luxurious amenities. The private veranda offered breathtaking views of the Ngorongoro Crater, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak in the stunning scenery. Beyond our room, the lodge itself boasted impressive facilities. The infinity pool, heated for year-round enjoyment, was a welcome respite after a day of game drives. The spa offered a tranquil oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation, while the dining options were diverse and delicious. The attention to detail was evident throughout the lodge, from the impeccable cleanliness to the thoughtful touches that enhanced our stay. We particularly appreciated the commitment to sustainability and the integration of local elements into the design. The food was truly outstanding, with a diverse menu featuring both local and international flavors. But what truly set Melia Ngorongoro apart was the incredible staff. Every single member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Melia Ngorongoro to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable safari experience.

Tout était parfait : un service impeccable, des lieux d'une propreté irréprochable et magnifiquement entretenus, ainsi qu'une vue à couper le souffle. Le personnel était d'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. La cuisine était délicieuse, variée et raffinée, un véritable plaisir pour les papilles.
