Restaurant and food excellent, but by far the staff are amazing and helpful. Unfortunately during our visit we both became very unwell after eating oysters. Nothing wrong with the oysters just our bodies didn't seem to like them. The hotel staff were so kind and understanding especially a waiter called Salvador. I couldn't eat anything for 3 days but he made sure that I drank something called Aquias which replaces minerals etc. He certainly went the extra mile. We will be returning to Vigo again this year and will certainly stay at this hotel.”
