Excelente reapertura de Melia a escasos metros de Puerto Banus con una de sus marcas (ME) hotel dirigido mas a un publico adulto. Desde la llegada hasta marcharnos nos sentimos como en casa. La habitación estupenda, una extra me + junior suite vista jardin muy bien equipada y confortable. Los desayunos con un personal cualificado y muy buena calidad. La zona de las piscinas muy amplia, las balinesas son gratuitas y tienen arena de playa las de la piscina de adultos (hay otra de niños) En cuanto al personal destacar a Alvaro y sobretodo a Agata y Marta, ambas muy cercanas y amables, haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en nuestra propia casa, que estuviéramos a gusto. Marta con mucha experiencia a sus espaldas se notaba y lo bien que aconsejaba sobre la zona y sobre el hotel y sobretodo Agata, un diamante en bruto, una chica que le ponía muchas ganas y con ganas de hambre, gente que se desvive por su trabajo es de agradecer, con una sonrisa cada mañana. A nuestra llegada y durante toda nuestra estadía, todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos brindandonos un excelente trato, sobre todo a mis pequeños de 5 años. La habitación: cómoda, decorada con un estilo elegante e impecable, limpia, con una vista preciosa hacia la piscina y la montaña, contaba con toda una gama de accesorios asegurandose de que cada detalle quedara cubierto, con la finalidad que nuestra estancia fuera placentera, la cama muy cómoda y el cuidadado diario de las habitaciones y servicio de toallas fué excelente. El desayuno incluido fue exquisito, variado y con productos frescos y de excelente calidad. Alberto y todo el personal del BARLUME nos brindaron un trato insuperable, todos muy dispuestos y amables, la mejor forma de comenzar nuestras mañanas. La piscina: cuentan con dos piscinas, una solamente para adultos, con un ambiente chic y sofisticado, ideal para relajarse, y una segunda piscina donde los niños podían disfrutar y jugar. Los espacios en general muy bien mantenidos y las tumbonas, cómodas y elegantes. El servicio de toallas y el bar/restaurante de la piscina, tambien excelente, cictelería variada y deciosa y un trato especial y amigable para los mas pequeños. El socorrista Alvaro ha sido sin duda el mejor anfitrion en nuestros momentos en la piscina, mis hijos han quedado encantados. Ubicación del hotel: una joya en Puerto Banus, a pesar de no tener vistas al mar, la ubicación del hotel es excelente, a sólo pocos metros de la puerta de acceso tracera del hotel podrás tener tus pies en la arena y en el paseo Maritimo, donde habían chiringuitos y tumbonas de alquiler, juegos aquaticos de alquiler, parque infantil y solamente a 10 minutos andando de Puerto Banus. Habiamos ya visitado éste hotel un par de veces cuando era Meliá Marbella Banus, justo antes de su renovación, antes estuvo genial, y ahora es fenomenal, sin duda han hecho un gran trabajo que ha suponido un upgrade estupendo y sin duda un lugar a donde regresaremos. Una de los detalles que mas me gusta de Meliá en general es el ambientador que colocan en todos sus espacios comunes, es sin duda muy muy agradable dendole un toque de sofisticación y de cuidado al detalle a sus espacios. ¡Super recomendable!
