Very beautifull hotel and perfect food and everything

This is our 3rd time here, and we love returning.The transfer is only 10mins which is great when you have had a long flight with children. We find it is perfect for us to relax and children are well entertained all day. The family room is spacious and has a fridge for any needs. The food is always good and plentiful. The entertainment is good throughout the day for Adults and children. Lorenzo was very good and a friendly favourite with all the guests. My children loved the kids clubs especially when Anna was with them. The beach is just in front of the hotel which is great and not too busy. We look forward to coming back next year. Thank you to all the staff front and back of house they all do a great job.

Habitaciones bastante amplias, camas cómodas, servicio de limpieza inmejorable y muy detallistas! Las instalaciones están bastante bien, 3 piscinas + la de niños, parque infantil , zonas verdes y muchas hamacas que es de agradecer. El buffet es bastante amplio con gran variedad de comida para todos los gustos y no está nada mal. Todo bastante rico y sabroso en especial las paellas. Me sorprendió bastante ya que suelen ser de batalla en todos los buffet. La única pega que le pondría es la animación del hotel, que menos en español en todos los idiomas.... The only drawback I would mention is the hotel's entertainment, which should be offered in all languages, at least in Spanish... both for children and adults... Not a single day in Spanish...

Tout est parfait déjà venu 3 fois dans le même hôtel, je reviens cette année mais cette fois avec mon deuxième garçon. Par contre il a encore besoin d'un lit bebe, est il possible d'en avoir un a disposition par l'hôtel ou faut il apporter le notre ? Merci cordialement
