We really enjoyed the time spent with Paradisus Salinas, Lanzarote. The people made the difference. As far as overall resort experiences, Paradisus Salinas is our best so far. From greeters to front desk to Reserve concierge, the spa, to the restaurant servers, each person was helpful, courteous, and offered us key information about the island, external services, and attractions.  Sara and The Reserve liaisons (concierges), Ignacio and Chandi, were key in such a great vacation for us. Both villas were clean and very well stocked. The pergolas were great. When a bird may have left a gift on a sheet, housekeeping changed it. Pool service kept the water clear and the area clean. The food was excellent with options for gluten allergies. Expanding allergen information for employees and guests could be helpful. The only issue was some maintenance on the two rooms: the air conditioning in the first villa, 502 and an unstable toilet in the second, 503. Treated so well made to feel special

The hotel which is not so far from the airport, is nicely situated at the sea, with a small beach in front. We had chosen for a room with sea view in ´The Reserve ´. The room was very nice and the view outstanding. We where received by a personal ‘concierge’ who gave us a great welcome. She explained everything and gave us almost every day , updates or informations about our stay. So many thanks towards Kelly for the service she provided. The restaurants are great and give variety in the food. So we had for sure a great holiday.

Recientemente, tuvimos el placer de hospedarnos en el Hotel Paradisus Lanzarote y la experiencia superó todas nuestras expectativas. Desde el momento de nuestra llegada hasta el último día, el servicio de los empleados fue excepcional y nos hizo sentir realmente especiales. Destacamos especialmente el papel de Cristina, nuestra Destination Concierge, quien estuvo siempre atenta a cada detalle de nuestra estancia, asegurándose de que todo fuera perfecto. Su dedicación y amabilidad fueron insuperables, y gracias a ella, nuestras vacaciones fueron simplemente increíbles. No hay palabras suficientes para agradecerle todo lo que hizo por nosotros. Además, queremos agradecer profundamente a Laura y Anica, quienes también nos brindaron una atención excepcional. Su profesionalismo y calidez humana hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Siempre estuvieron dispuestas a ayudarnos y a responder a todas nuestras necesidades con una sonrisa y una actitud positiva. También queremos destacar al camarero Marcos por su amabilidad y trato impecable. Cada vez que nos atendió, nos hizo sentir especiales y bienvenidos. Su atención al detalle y su cordialidad son realmente notables y merecen ser reconocidos. En general, el personal del Hotel Paradisus Lanzarote hace un trabajo maravilloso, creando un ambiente acogedor y de alta calidad que es difícil de encontrar. No podemos esperar a regresar y volver a disfrutar de la hospitalidad y el excelente servicio que ofrecen. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer de nuestras vacaciones una experiencia inolvidable. ¡Hasta la próxima!

Excellent all inclusive hotel in a great location. Nice and well maintained building, great rooms with all amenities, perfectly clean, very nice staff and excellent food. Really nothing to complain about! We definitely spent great hollidays there! PS.: Kelly at the Reserve reception made a great job, showing us all amenities and very helpful during all our stay. All the staff was very nice and made a great job.
