We've called the reception a day before booking to confirm availability and we were told all is good. Then upon our arrival we learned that the charger does not work, maintenance guy informed us it has not been working for more than a week, we spent 30+mins on phone with the provider (yep, charger belongs to 3rd party) - basically all things you don't want to hear and do after a long trip. All in all, incompetence and irresponsibility ruined our next day plans, so really can't recommend this hotel, as nobody is ever responsible for anything there.”
