“What a fantastic hotel to stay in, from getting there to leaving the staff couldn't do enough for us, they where so friendly and polite. We had a first floor room because of my mobility,it was really nice clean and big and had a large walk in shower. Balcony was great with a pool view. The pool and the garden's around it were an absolute delight. The food was really good,even my wife who's a fussy eater thought it was good and hot. The reception staff were great and really helpful especially the lady on reception who I can't remember her name, sorry. The bar staff were so friendly and jolly and chatty. We couldn't complain about anything at this hotel,we would definitely go back in a heartbeat, hopefully soon. The area it was in has everything you could possibly need as well, from shops to restaurants and bars,and just a 10 minute walk to the beach,what more could you ask for. The place was spotless, classy and elegant. Well done Meliá benidorm,what a credit to your owners and all your staff,we love you all.”

“Estuve alojada por suerte en este impresionante hotel hace unos días. La habitación preciosa,la cama súper cómoda, limpio con detallitos de bienvenida,muy muy agradable y acogedor. Tuve el placer de bañarme tanto en su piscina interior como exterior que asemeja un lugar caribeño. La verdad,todo genial,el trato del personal de diez. Repetiré seguro”

“Estuvimos una noche. El trato del personal fenomenal.la habitacion de lujo. Las instalaciones muy bonitas perfectas. Las 2 piscinas interior y exterior son excepcionales. Actividades ofrecida y gratuita de maravilla. Entre yoga,actividades para niños con la fantastica Eva, espectaculo y grupo cantantes animando la noche. De 10 todo. Para repetir cuando se puede permitir. Muchas gracias.”

“Having recently spent 10 days at the Melia I can highly recommend this hotel. Staff without exception were helpful and friendly, Rooms were a decent size ( though they need more hangers for clothes) but the food at breakfast was good, the indoor pool was useful as it was winter and the location was excellent - near enough to the beach and bars/restaurants but not too near. Would certainly stay again”

“One of the bestest hotels in benidorm Everything runs smoothly and well Food lovely and lots of fresh ingredients and choices Staff attentive that's all staff from reception to food and drink Hotel a bit dated but the views are incredible from the rooms And the Rooms are clean and fresh Good quality toiletries in the rooms as well Good storage space and balcony size Hotel is huge but all maintained well Lifts work efficiently. Pool area is amazing. On site parking area Games area Wellness area Dining room is light airy tables set beautifully as well and good spacing between tables as well. All round great experience, highly recommend a visit pay slightly more to other hotels but you get what you pay for. Entertainment can be Spanish based but it still entertaining. Slightly out of main town but great service links Fabulous bars nearby, I would recommend rock and roll house across the road to the left of the hotel.”
