Mais uma visita a trabalho. Serviço impecável, pequeno almoço agradável e variado. Começa-se a notar os quartos com algum uso.

Fui só pra tomar café da manhã, mas o buffet era bem xôxo. Esperava mais pelos 15 EUR

Slow service and check in and despite requesting a queen bed, we got two single beds pushed together. The room was spacious and the hotel had a good location, close to both the airport and the bus station. Despite booking and pre-paying online and the travel portal informing of a set city tax to be paid at the hotel (clearly stated in our reservation), Melia Lisboa charged us almost double, citing that this had changed and asked us to call the portal to negotiate. We were too tired and hungry after our journey from Porto + waiting 30 mins to check in and decided to just pay it. For the price and its positioning as a “4 star hotel’, we were severely let down and this was not what we expected.
