“The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the city. It included a small kitchen with everything we needed, such as pots, pans, plates, and glasses, all provided at no extra cost. There was also a table with chairs and a bottle of fresh, chilled water. The bathroom was very large and came with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. I also loved the thoughtful little details, such as a jewelry holder for keeping my accessories organized. The bed was extremely comfortable and perfectly made. But what I loved most about this hotel was how incredibly clean and fresh-smelling everything was! The room had a wonderful scent that made us feel relaxed and confident that we were staying in a clean, well-maintained place. You could really feel the care they put into every detail. The staff were exceptional! Every single person we met was incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming. There are a few steps leading up to the hotel entrance, and as I was walking up carrying my suitcase, someone immediately came out, greeted us with a warm smile, welcomed us, and took my luggage. That first impression said so much about the level of service. Check-in was simple and straightforward, with no additional fees or hidden charges. Everything was clear, honest, and transparent. The staff genuinely do everything they can to make guests happy and make sure they are comfortable. They even send WhatsApp messages just to let you know they are there if you need anything. It never felt intrusive, just thoughtful and caring. This hotel truly stands out for its cleanliness, attention to detail, and outstanding hospitality. We felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. I would absolutely recommend it!”

“The place is great, however there are a couple things I’d keep in mind. When booking the stay the rooms are for either 2,3 or 4 people, despite de room capacity the property charges extra 500 pesos per person which makes no sense to me. As if I’m booking a room for 3 is already more expensive than the room for 2. Not all the pillows smell clean. The location is amazing but it’s sooooooo noisy! If you are a light sleeper definitely don’t stay here. I recommend for the property to have thicker or double windows. Other than that we had a great stay. The staff is very nice and the common areas are very clean and cozy”

“It would not take much for this hotel to deserve the maximum rating of 5. But for the price level, it shows some annoying flaws. The rooms are large and the bed comfortable. Yet in lieu of a huge TV set, more towels and a better lighting would be welcome. Access to the reception is also uneasy if you carry heavy suitcases and have to climb the many steps. Finally breakfast only starts at 8 am. However the staff is cordial, check-in efficient and the location perfect.”
