“I booked a Junior Suite Garden View with an all-inclusive package just two days before departure, following a cancellation at Club Med. Choosing a resort was tough since several properties in Nusa Dua offer all-inclusive packages, but I ultimately chose Paradisus because it checked all my boxes: newly renovated, exquisite dining, beachfront, and destination-inclusive.
It turned out to be the perfect choice!
Our family had an amazing time. My two kids (aged 5 and 11) loved the multiple slides at the water park, having their own sofa bed with a big TV, eating movie-night popcorn at Kidsdom, roasting marshmallows and enjoying unlimited pizza, burgers, and ice cream.
Meanwhile, I thoroughly enjoyed the quiet beach, morning coffee at Malva, and relaxing on the big red float in the main pool.
The dining was a highlight—the lunchtime desserts at Kanna with a sea view were exquisite (the banana passion is a must-try!), and dinners at Peseta and Tokimeku were outstanding. I already miss the crab appetizer from Peseta and the Hotate Usuzukuri from Tokimeku.
The adult activities were also great; I highly recommend the power beach walk and yoga sessions.
Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with big smiles that brightened our days.
Overall, I would rate our 4D3N stay a solid 9/10.
The only reasons it wasn't a perfect score were a few operational bottlenecks.
First, the booking system for excursions and dinners feels unnecessarily stressful. The Uluwatu trip was already fully booked when we checked in, and trying to reserve dinner slots without knowing our excursion return times was difficult. It would be a huge improvement to have a more transparent booking system or to designate at least one restaurant for walk-ins.
Lastly, the beverages under the "Revitalizing" section were a bit underwhelming across the resort; the fresh and mixed juices (like the Dragonfly) tasted quite diluted.
That being said, the hospitality was unmatched. Special thanks to Dewa Rai from Kanna and Neta from Peseta for always making us feel welcome, Isyard for the informative power walk ,Lio for a wonderful yoga session and Tya (and all the Kidsdom staff) for taking care of our kids over these 4 days.”

“We had a good stay overall, but unfortunately the check-in and check-out experience fell well below expectations for a resort of this standard.
Upon arrival, it took over an hour from reaching the resort to finally getting into our room. Travelling with young children, this was particularly challenging. To make matters worse, we were initially given the wrong room key and accidentally opened another guest’s room, which was both awkward and concerning from a privacy and security perspective.
To the resort’s credit, the team acknowledged the inconvenience and offered us a late checkout as a gesture of goodwill, which we appreciated. However, on the day of departure, there appeared to be a communication breakdown between departments. Despite being granted a late checkout, our room key stopped working at 12:00 pm sharp, leaving us locked out with hungry and increasingly impatient children. Shortly after, we also received a call reminding us that checkout was at 12:00 pm, which was embarrassing and made us feel like we had done something wrong when we were simply following the arrangement that had been offered to us.
While these issues left a disappointing final impression, the rest of our stay was genuinely enjoyable. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning grounds, a fantastic beach, and plenty for children to do. The all-inclusive package offered excellent value, with a wide variety of food and drinks available throughout the day. The food quality was consistently good, and room service was enjoyable, even if it was occasionally slower than expected.
Overall, we did have a great holiday and created wonderful family memories. The resort itself deserves a lot of praise, but the arrival and departure experience needs significant improvement. When guests are paying premium prices, they expect a seamless experience from start to finish. Hopefully the resort can address these communication and operational issues, because with better execution around check-in and check-out, this would be an exceptional destination.”
