“Air conditioner did not work and I get cold, Beds were uncomfortable, Room view was bad”

Συγκεκριμένα, ολόθερμα ευχαριστούμε την κυρία Αλεξάνδρα Σαμαρά Human Resource, την κυρία Χαρά Γκιρτζή Sales Executive, τον κύριο Θεοδωρόπουλο Θάνο F.O. Supervisor και την κυρία Μπερίσα Μαρία GEX, για την πολύπλευρη ενημέρωση και ξενάγηση στους πολυτελής και κομψούς χώρους του ξενοδοχείου στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, με τις εξατομικευμένες υπηρεσίες και την εκπληκτική θέα στην Ακρόπολη!!! Οι εκπαιδευόμενες και εκπαιδευόμενοι της ειδικότητας «Στέλεχος Μονάδων Φιλοξενίας» Δ΄ εαρινό εξάμηνο 2024 του Σ.Α.Ε.Κ. Ζωγράφου και οι Εκπαιδευτές, Κατερινόπουλος Άρης & Σμαράγδα Δεληκώστα.”

“A 15 mts del centro ,bonito ,muy bien decorado magnifícamente ,insonorizados entre las habitaciones ,pero los ruidos de la calle no. Buen desayuno y personal atento”

“Was a good experience be in this hotel. The personal help you always with any question you have, they help us to find a tour, or any information I needed. I was happy to be, I definitely I enjoyed be there. The location is a little far from the centum, for me was not a problem but maybe for some people can be, in another hand the room was a little noise, will be great if they have a better room isolation.”

“Literie très confortable, sdb top, un peu bruyant malgré les doubles vitrages (chambre au 1er) mais de la qualité et des équipements au top. Roof top avec salle de gym, sauna, hammam et piscine en accès libre jusqu'à 22h. Vue sur l'acropole.... Petit déj : buffet somptueux avec quelques différences quotidiennes.”

“Zimmer sind nicht so modern wie man das von melia gewohnt ist, Rezeption sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war gut und die Lage war ok, man konnte fussläufig alles gut erreichen, ca. 5 min vom Hotel ist die Haltestelle vom City sightseeing Bus und wieder 5 min zu Fuß erreicht man ein kleines Gässchen mit wunderbaren Bars und ein paar Restaurants und der koletti Straße ist die Revolt street bar zu empfehlen”

“Sehr gutes Hotel im Herzen von Athen! Wir hatten ein Standard Zimmer im 8.Stock und haben von dem Verkehrslärm nichts mitbekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, Rührei, Obst, frische Backwaren, alles vorhanden. Der Pool am Dach mit Blick auf die Akropolis war definitiv auch ein Highlight. Zimmer und Hotel waren stets sauber und der Service durchweg sehr gut. Wir durften an unserem Abreisetag nach Rücksprache kostenfrei zwei Stunden später auschecken.”

“We went to stay at melia hotel because of the great reputation it had. Safe to say it disappointed. We got upgraded to city view and it didn't do much to the eye. The amenities weren't restocked everyday ie- they'd take the coffee cups but not stock milk for the next day. They wouldn't replace shower caps but took ones We were using , left sink plug out of sink etc. Food was way overpriced for the hotel considering it has such a high reputation that fails to uphold its good name. We paid a decent amount to stay there and wasn't worth the money. The rooftop bar was nothing exciting and views were average. Won't be staying here again. If it weren't for our honeymoon we would have gone elsewhere and we should have.”
