Great hotel. Perfect central location to visit Berlin. Excellent food, rooms are confortable

The location is very convenient... As for the hotel, it meets the standard average but doesn’t quite stand out.

Excellent location, walking distance to public transportation. I’ve been here for 2 days and most of the staff that I have come across are lacking basic customer service skills. When you walk into the hotel or “The Level” on the 7th floor the staff don’t greet you. At the club level lounge it feels like you are a burden to the staff, they are not welcoming at all. You feel rushed and god forbid you go there for a coffee at 2150, the coffee machine is already shut down. I chose the Melia brand because in Spain and Portugal they are a great chain. I’m really disappointed in Melia Berlin and I’ll have to find a different hotel next time I come to Berlin.

Bardzo zadbany hotel. Czystość na wysokim poziomie. Kosmetyki ritual o pięknym zapachu. Śniadanie smaczne z akcentami hiszpańskimi. Świetna restauracja Tapas, duży wybór dań. Polecam.
