“C est mon 2eme sejour a l hotel Melia et c est toujours un pur plaisir ! L hotel est parfaitement situé , a 2 pas de la navette Roissyval. Dés l arrivée , parking idéal , sous l hotel a l abri , trés car nous sommes arrivés sous une pluie battante... Dés l accueil le soleil est revenu grace au sourire et a la bienveillance de nos 2 hotesses ! Chek in rapide et efficace , trés professionnel. Pour la chambre nous avions pris le loft car nous etions 3 adultes , tres belle surface , tres bonne insonorisation et situation , chambre vraiment luxe et confort. Seul bémol pour une chambre pour 3 , il n y avait que 2 verres , 2 tasses etc....pour le diner nous sommes descendu au restaurant , tres bon ressentî , Wendi a veiller sur nous tout le temps du diner et son service est remarquable de professionnalisme et de bienveillance , ce qui semble etre le cas egalement de tous ses collegues que nous avons vu oeuvrer aux tables voisines a la notre. Dans nos assiettes , les plats etait bons , mais on voit qu on est plus sur de l assemblage que de la vraie cuisine , mais ce n etait pas genant pour un restaurant d aeroport .Pour le petit dejeuner c est un sans faute , aussi bien pour la charmante dame qui nous a installé que son collegue qui rechargeait les buffets. Beaucoup de choix et trés copieux , impossible d en sortir insastisfait !! Pour le check out meme ressenti que la veille , une nouvelle équipe du matin toujours aussi dynamique et sympathique que celle de la veille ! Le ressenti géneral est fantastique , ou est de suite baigné dans de la bonne humeur , de la bienveillance , de l écoute et du dynamisme , franchement ca donne du peps , mon seul regret , que l hotel ne soit pas sur une zone touristique pour y passer une semaine de vacances !!!!!!
