“Enjoyed a great steak dinner at Mina Steakhouse at the Paradisus Palma Real resort. Enjoyed top sirloin, mai tai, cheesecake, and a couple sides. Everything was great, including the service which was by a gentlemen named Roberto who was very attentive and cheerful. The resort is fantastic, clean, with an amazing location on the beach ,with friendly staff everywhere you need them. The Lunchbox buffet was a highlight for food. The only con was room service food which was under satisfactory, but it didn't affect the overall experience. We also enjoy great live music in the evenings and great swimming options with plenty of nearby attractions.”

“My family and I just spent a week at Paradisus Palma Real and had a great experience overall. The rooms were excellent—spacious, well laid out, and comfortable, with a separate bedroom and living area. The main pool is large and lively, but there are also several smaller pools if you’re looking for something quieter. The beach was beautiful and active, and the all‑inclusive setup was a real bonus. Service throughout the resort was consistently good. Breakfast and lunch were mostly buffet‑based, and after a day or two you quickly find a rhythm that works. Dinner is a bit different: there are several restaurants, but reservations are required and they fill up fast. Our concierge, Rosmery de Jesus, was fantastic and made a huge difference. One tip is to download WhatsApp and exchange numbers—it made communication much easier. Rosmery was able to secure dinner reservations for us, which was no small feat, and every restaurant we visited was excellent and a lot of fun. You can take a golf cart to the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center, which is a brand‑new and excellent addition. We played at night under the lights and also did morning drills with a pro. There’s also an off‑campus spa that’s easily accessible by golf cart. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely go back. Being so well taken care of by Rosmery made the trip even better.”
