“Fantastic hotel, the staff are so welcoming and friendly and smile and greet you at every opportunity! We stayed for a few nights and I would say the whole experience was superb, when checking in the lady heard us talking about where we could watch the football and went and spoke to the guy at the bar who then said he would set up the TV for us and we could watch in the bar/restaurant (apologies as did not get his name) He was so friendly and could not do enough for us, as all the staff too! The hotel is very clean and the rooms are modern, breakfast is great and the location is perfect to explore Prague. The hotel is within a short walk of many attractions and close to the metro to travel further. I would recommend you stay at this hotel 100% The city is fantastic and the Czech people are so welcoming and friendly, we will be back here again!”

“I had a great stay at the Meliá Hotel in Prague. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and key attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bed was especially comfortable. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a good variety and was well organized. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a hotel I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Prague.”

“What a fantastic Hotel , we had such a great stay , lovely clean rooms, comfortable beds , great shower/bathroom. Stayed in January and the heating was perfect, so nice and cosy . We had a minor issue while staying there and was helped by the hotel staff and manager and really couldn’t believe how helpful and professional they were, it’s not often you get such high level of customer care these days . Thank you for such a great stay.”
