Es un hotel del que esperábamos bastante más. La sensación global es la de un hotel de menor categoría. La entrada y el hotel en general es bastante simple y la habitación tenía serios inconvenientes como luces que no funcionaban, un televisor tan lento en su funcionamiento que dejabas de usarlo, un mueble baño sin un cajón donde dejar las cosas o la falta de cualquier producto de cortesía como un simple peine. Es cierto que la climatización, la ropa de cama o el aislamiento acústico eran muy correctos. El personal simplemente correcto. No hablan español (o al menos nosotros no encontramos a ningún empleado que nos hablara en español o que al oírnos hablar en español utilizara nuestro idioma) y no son precisamente simpáticos. Habrá quien no le importe pero que me atienda en el check-in una persona en camiseta, rebeca y con las uñas pintadas no me da la mejor de las impresiones. Es España en un hotel Meliá sería impensable. El desayuno es bastante correcto y la localización muy buena al estar muy cerca del Centro histórico. Lo lamento pero no volveré a este hotel.

Great and comfortable rooms; very good location

We enjoyed our trip to INNSiDE Meliá Prague Old Town as a family, and I can say that the location and service exceeded our expectations. As an employee of Meliá Hotels International, I had high expectations, and the team did not disappoint. Clara and Jakub deserve special appreciation for making us feel so welcome, as well as the F&B staff for observing and providing us with anything and everything that we might need during our dinners. Everything was excellent, the room was stunning, and very clean. Every one of us is truly grateful to the entire team for ensuring that our visit was incredibly memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

It was not my first time in the Melia hotels. This specific one, it is in a really good position, near the centre of the city and at 5-min walk to a mall where you can find everything you need. After some personal inconveniences, we called the hotel and fortunately they had a room available and we had the possibility to check in, even if it was 4 am. Everyone was super nice and helpful. It saved our lives because with the snow this was our only possibility! Thank you very much for being so nice to us!!
