Mancare super bogata, super gustoasa. Eu fiind fan branzeturi mi-am facut de cap cu oferta extra variata.
Bauturile sunt super, chiar daca locale. Nu ne-a durut capul a doua zi.
Pe plaja nu am prea fost, dar au sezlonguri cate vrei, si la piscina si in padure.
Super chestii:
1. Ai pe bratara cheia de la camera, deci nu mai cauti carduri.
2. Au renuntat total la plastic, asa ca au consumabile de hartie.
3. Au zona de sezlonguri intre brazi si copaci, deci super fain pentru cei care iubesc muntele.
4. Dozatoarele inteligente de cocktailuri fac totul in 3 secunde.
5. Dozator de apa rece purificata pe fiecare etaj.

“I want to start by recognising Sunny Petkova, Sales & Marketing Manager, because she made an outstanding first impression and set the tone for the entire experience.
From my very first interaction with her, Sunny was warm, professional, attentive and genuinely helpful. She made the booking process effortless, responded to every question with care and went above and beyond to make me feel valued before I had even arrived at the hotel. That level of personal service is rare, and she is a real credit to SOL Nessebar Palace.
That same high standard of service continued throughout my stay with the wider hotel team.
What really stood out to me was how much the resort has to offer.
The housekeeping team did a fantastic job and kept everything clean and well maintained. The entertainment team brought great energy to the resort and created plenty of activities throughout the day and evening.
The facilities are also excellent. Between the pools, water park, entertainment, activities, restaurants, bars and other amenities, there is genuinely so much to do on site. You very rarely feel the need to leave the complex. Everything you need for a great family holiday is right there, and there is always something happening.
The resort manages to combine the scale and variety of a large holiday complex with a genuinely friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
A big thank you to the housekeeping staff, entertainment team, restaurant and bar teams, reception staff and everyone else working behind the scenes. It takes a huge team to run a resort of this size well, and their hard work really shows.
And of course, a special thank you again to Sunny for making such a strong first impression and for representing the hotel so brilliantly from the very beginning.
A fantastic resort with brilliant facilities, plenty to do and a team who clearly care about the guest experience.

“Случайно избрахме този хотел за семейна почивка. Определено сме приятно изненадани от всичко, което предлага хотелът. Обслужването е на ниво, особено в ресторанта. Храната беше уникална, а забелязахме, че Шеф готвачът следи изкъсо за всяко едно ястие да е направено и поднесено както трябва. Имаше огромен избор в изобилие на всякаква храна, от хляб до месо. Определено Шеф готвачът си разбира от работата, което е предимство. Със сигурност бихме повторили и отново да дойдем в този хотел. Също така нашето дете се забавляваше с всички атракциони и аниматорите бяхма изключително любезни и мили към нас. Чистотата и обслужването на стаите също са отлични.

“We had a nice family holiday at Sol Nessebar Palace and found the hotel to be a very child-friendly resort with plenty to offer.
The entertainment team is fantastic and really makes an effort to keep both children and adults entertained throughout the day. There are also lots of swimming pools, and the aquapark is absolutely brilliant for children. A special mention goes to the lifeguards, who take their job seriously and keep a close eye on everything.
The all-inclusive food is good, with enough variety to keep things interesting during the stay. The self-service drink stations are very convenient, with short queues and easy access to drinks. However, the quality and taste of the drinks are somewhat disappointing, probably because of the self-service system.
Our room was clean and generally in good condition. One small disappointment was that there were only paper cups instead of proper glasses. The ventilation/air-conditioning system could also benefit from a thorough cleaning and maintenance.
Unfortunately, some issues that were already mentioned in reviews a year ago still have not been resolved. The Wi-Fi throughout the entire resort is really poor and was one of the biggest frustrations during our stay. The gym also definitely needs a makeover, with several pieces of equipment still broken or in poor condition.
Overall, Sol Nessebar Palace is a great choice for families with children, mainly thanks to the excellent entertainment, fantastic aquapark, numerous pools and strong focus on pool safety. If the hotel addressed the recurring maintenance issues—especially the Wi-Fi, gym equipment and air-conditioning/ventilation—it could be an even better resort.”
