“Cet hôtel était absolument IN-CROY-ABLE. J’y suis allée pour fêter un anniversaire de couple et j’ai totalement été agréablement surprise par l’excellente qualité de service de cet à l’hôtel. D’abord l’hôtel est très moderne, très propre, très chic le rapport qualité prix est plus qu’excellent. Le SPA est magnifique et dispose de tout. Sauna Hammam Jacuzzi douche sensorielle.. J’ai entendu dire que la masseuse est excellente je regrette de ne pas avoir eu le temps de tenter l’expérience. Pour le service.. Juste génial ! D’abord, un voiturier est à votre service. Il suffit de laisser la voiture à l’entrée il se charge du reste. Ensuite, la réception.. juste FORMIDABLE. Vous y trouverez un personnel accueillant, très gentil et soucieux de répondre au moindre de vos désirs. J’ai eu la chance de tomber sur Almarilda que je tiens à remercier car grâce à elle j’ai vécu une expérience unique dans cet hôtel. Enfin, un immense MERCI à Brisilda du spa qui aura été tout du long au petit soin. Elle s’assurait systématiquement que tout allait bien elle était si gentille.. J’ai vraiment bien été traitée durant mes séances au spa et j’adore ça. Brisilda a réussi à garder le même sourire et la même attention de 10H à 22H malgré ces longues journées et rien que pour ça Brisilda, sincèrement, 1000 mercis. Je vous assure, je voyage beaucoup j’ai fait beaucoup d’hôtels à Dubai en Espagne Turquie Tunisie… je ne me suis jamais sentie autant privilégiée. J’y retournerai pour le massage et j’espère vous revoir très vite ! Encore merci pour cet accueil !”

“Pokoje jsou velmi hezké a čisté. Snídaně bohatá. Muž na recepci velmi příjemný a nápomocný. Jeho kolegyně by se od něj mohla učit, úsměv nic nestojí, ale tam se ho nedočkáte. Spa bylo čisté a hezké. Do sauny se, ale musí v plavkách, prostěradlo ani nemají. Teplota v sauně jen 60-70C 😬”

My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a super comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s location was close to town. I also loved the on-site dining options; breakfast was okay but not with a wide variety of choices. The spa center was the highlight for me which was great for unwinding after a busy day. The body scrub massage is a must have!”

Insgesamt schöner Spa, die vorherige Anmeldung aber etwas umständlich für spontane Gäste. Die Lage ist gut, man ist in ca 10-15 min zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Bild ist der Ausblick aus dem 9. Stock”

“Ho adorato questo albero, ho goduto di assoluto relax, spa, mezza pensione e pulizia ad un prezzo più che ragionevole. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia andare a tirana anche se non è in centrissimo ma in 10 minuti si arriva in piazza Scanderberg.”
