“We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at Hotel Sapa Square, and what truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality and genuine care shown by the amazing staff. Even before we arrived, Hiep went out of his way to arrange our return bus journey and even paid for the tickets in advance on our behalf. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for the incredible service we were about to experience. Misty was equally wonderful, offering fantastic recommendations on where to eat, the best places to shop for souvenirs, and other helpful local tips. She also took the time to check in on us and make sure we were enjoying our stay. A very special mention goes to Jayce, who truly went above and beyond in every possible way! He helped arrange our tours, upgraded us, and even shared his personal WhatsApp contact so we could reach out whenever we needed assistance. What impressed us most was how he checked in on us every morning, discussed the weather conditions, and thoughtfully advised us on the best days to take our tours so we could make the most of our time in Sapa. His dedication, attention to detail, and genuine concern for our experience were simply extraordinary. We have travelled extensively around the world, but rarely have we encountered such an exceptional level of personalised service and hospitality. The entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout our stay. This is an experience that will stay with us for a very long time. We cannot recommend Hotel Sapa Square highly enough to anyone planning a visit to Sapa. A heartfelt thank you to Hiep, Misty, and especially Jayce for making our holiday so memorable. “My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The service was top-notch from start to finish. A special shoutout to Pika at the lobby—she was amazing! She speaks fluent English, which made communication seamless, and she happily assisted with all of my requests. Thanks to her kind help, booking my Fansipan sightseeing tickets was smooth and hassle-free, allowing me to enjoy a fantastic excursion. Even when we were checking out, she personally helped us with our luggage. Her warmth and exceptional kindness truly touched our hearts. Thank you, Pika, for making our trip so memorable! “사파일정 첫날 묵었는데 위치도 너무 좋고 객실도 깨끗하고 직원분들도 친절하셔요~^^ 사파 시내 다니다 들어와서 잠깐 쉬고 하기에도 너무 좋은 위치에 다음날 아침 케이블카 타러 가는 곳도 도보 1분거리라 너무 편리하고 좋아요 조식도 맛있고 특히 쌀국수 맛있어요^^ 다음에 사파가면 여기서 연박하고 싶어요 추천합니다”
