“My family and friends spent a total of 6 nights for our Sapa Trip. In between we stayed at Pao Sapa for 2 nights. It's a centralized location, just opposite the Sun Plaza Sapa Train station to Fansipan. Conveniently located. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We were surprised during one of our morning breakfast, the Assistant GM, did a walk round and came to our table asking how was our stay. One of my friends had issues with the TV channels in his room. She was very attentive and immediately address the issues. It was fixed when we came back in the afternoon. Really appreciate it. It's great to have a deluxe room with a balcony, a good view day or night Breakfast was great, restaurant. The restaurant staffs and manager are also very attentive, fast, friendly and efficient. Hope the menu can have more varieties, some Chinese, Indian cuisine besides from what is also available outside. This will also attract hotel guests and also non hotel guest to dine-in. Rooftop bar needs some Live Both of these maybe an indirect marketing for the hotel. Just sharing my POV. Thanks for your hospitality. ☺️🥰”查看更多评论
