“Location was absolutely phenomenal right down the road from Times Square and very close ride to Soho , Midtown and all the eateries. Staff was very welcoming, extremely professional anytime I called for a request. They knew who was calling immediately, and I never felt like I was unattended or un catered to. The only down that I would say is the gym was lacking compared to some other higher end hotels I’ve stayed at..”
