“Our stay was only for one night, but the staff made us feel welcome and valued from the moment we arrived. Julio gave us a beautiful room on a higher floor and even surprised us with a bottle of wine. Great service, amazing people, and a wonderful place! I’ll definitely be back.”

“El servicio fue EXCELENTE. Era un viaje muy especial con mi madre y hicieron que la experiencia fuera de 10. Nos dieron una habitación con unas vistas espectaculares al World Trade Center. El trato por parte del personal fue increíble, en concreto por parte de Kimberly y Daniel. Nos hicieron sentir como si estuviésemos en casa y, a pesar de que tanto la ubicación del hotel como la habitación son geniales, lo mejor a destacar es el trato que recibimos. Lo único a considerar es que las habitaciones son algo pequeñas, ya que tienen un pasillo al entrar que hace que estén menos aprovechadas, y que el desayuno no es buffet. El resto, un 10.”

“We had a wonderful 4-night stay at INNSiDE by Meliá New York this August! The hotel was a great home base for our time in NYC, and the service really stood out. A special shoutout to Kimberley and Julio at the front desk — they were amazing! They were always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful anytime we had questions or needed assistance during our stay. We also spoke with the manager, Joselina, over the phone, and she was very kind and helpful. We really appreciated the care and hospitality from the entire team. Another nice touch was having water and drinks available in the room. With temperatures reaching into the 90s during our stay, having cold drinks waiting for us after being out in the city was especially appreciated! Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again on our next trip to NYC. Highly recommend!”
