“A really great spot to crash if you want clean, reliable and central. Spent a couple of nights with three ladies here - room was great, restaurant was great for a meal, and the staff was very accommodating. Would gladly stay again!”

“Absolutely fantastic. I never write reviews but felt compelled. The staff was great, leaving balloons and treats in the room for my sons birthday, giving him a Knicks Poster when we came through lobby, and more. Location is close to subways, MSG and easily walkable in either direction if you want to go to Union Square or Times Square etc. The room was clean and both room/Bathroom were very spacious compared to normal in NYC hotels. Would definitely come back.”

“The hotel room has soft lighting. Easy on the eyes. Such a simple touch but it made my stay remarkably more pleasant! I wish every hotel room was this sensory-friendly. Also, the "don't clean my room" / "do freshen up my room" signs are next to the door instead of on the doorknob. Love it! I'm always afraid those doorknob signs will fall off and I'll be interrupted at an inopportune time. The staff was very kind too. I would definitely stay here again.”

“First time staying in New York and I loved this hotel, the location is great, close to MSG, Empire State building and close to the train stations. We walked to a lot of places nearby too, it's very close to Chelsea, nice cafes and places to eat. The hotel staff is very friendly and delivered excellent customer service, the rooms were clean and spacious for New York, the gym at the hotel has great views. The hotel restaurant is great, good food, great service and on the weekend the hotel offered complimentary wine and pretzels to guests. In rooms you can find complimentary water and jueces. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel and we will definitely come back and recommend it to friends.”
