“Wij verbleven er voor zeker al de 8ste keer , vinden het de ideale ligging en voldoende zwembaden en bedjes maar toch wel verouderde kamers en het buffet heeft weinig afwisseling , ook de kwaliteit van het eten is minder geworden , ook de animatie mag wel eens veranderen is al 8jaar dezelfde shows en ik zou ook aanraden om ongeveer 14dagen hetzelfde te herhalen en niet elke week .Als je langer als 8dagen verblijft is dat niet leuk.”

“Aquí tienes una versión pulida y natural de tu reseña: Nuestra experiencia en este hotel de Torremolinos ha sido excelente y ha superado nuestras expectativas. Lo mejor, sin duda, ha sido la profesionalidad de todo el personal. Siempre atentos, amables y con una actitud impecable. Mención especial para el equipo de animación, por su entusiasmo, su cercanía y el rigor con el que planifican y desarrollan cada actividad, consiguiendo que tanto niños como adultos disfruten al máximo. También quiero destacar el extraordinario trabajo de Lucía, responsable (creo) del comedor. Además de gestionar el servicio con una eficacia admirable —sin colas ni esperas ni un solo día—, supo atender las necesidades de cada familia con una atención exquisita, anticipándose incluso a lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Su implicación quedó especialmente patente el día de la final del Mundial, cuando ella misma, junto con sus compañeros, estuvo cargando sillas para que nadie tuviera que ver el partido de pie. Un gesto que refleja el compromiso y la dedicación de todo el equipo. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, el ambiente es magnífico y el trato recibido ha sido excelente en todo momento. Nos vamos encantados y con la sensación de haber recibido mucho más de lo que esperábamos. Sin duda, repetiremos.”

“We have just returned from our second stay at this wonderful hotel, and we can honestly say that the experience was even better than the first time. The service has improved even more, which is truly impressive. The entire staff is absolutely fantastic – always friendly, smiling, professional, and willing to help with anything. They make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive until the day you leave. The food is excellent, the accommodation is comfortable and spotless, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel is simply amazing. We were completely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. It really feels like the hotel keeps getting better, and that’s why we’re already thinking about coming back again. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so enjoyable!”

“The hotel is very pleasant, with modern facilities. The location is excellent, right at the beach(across a small road). There are multiple pools, lots of space to enjoy inside and the beach bar area was a great addition. We really enjoyed the variety of food and the all inclusive was great value for a family with teens. There was a good program of entertainment for the kids and on an evening and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back!”
