“I stayed at the INNSiDE by Meliá Santa Cruz during a business trip and I highly recommend it! The room was modern yet very cozy, and I must emphasize that it was hygienically clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable perfect for resting, assuming you prefer relaxing over exploring. The buffet breakfast offered a completely sufficient selection to start the day. While the rooftop pool is quite small, the amazing view completely compensates for its size. The staff was very friendly, professional, and fully committed to resolving any issues if they occurred. The only minor downside for me was the hotel restaurant; the dishes were quite modest, acting more like snacks to accompany wine, and the interior design strongly reminded me of Scandinavian hotels I have visited in the past. Despite this small detail, my overall stay was excellent, and I can confidently rate this hotel 5 stars!”

“Estuvimos del 9 al 12 de julio en este incomparable hotel en el centro de Tenerife que tiene absolutamente todo cerca. El personal muy amable y agradable y las habitaciones confortables y funcionales. No te pierdas la piscina de cristal en la azotea es un espectáculo. El parking hay que pagarlo en el hotel y está al lado. Es un hotel de ciudad muy agradable y cómodo. Lo recomiendo 100%”

“Muy buena experiencia. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, ideal para recorrer Santa Cruz de Tenerife a pie. Las instalaciones son modernas, las habitaciones son cómodas y están muy bien cuidadas. El personal fue siempre muy amable y profesional, haciendo que la estancia resultara muy agradable. El desayuno es variado, de buena calidad y perfecto para empezar el día. Sin duda, un hotel muy recomendable al que volvería.”
