“Excepcional! Gracias al equipo del hotel por hacernos sentir como en casa, sin duda sois con diferencia lo mejor del hotel. Hotel limpio en general aunque la zona de la piscina necesita refuerzo, hay mucho tránsito y el suelo necesita un repaso. Desayunos y cenas variadas y ricas con huevos, tortillas, tortitas, carnes y pescados preparados al momento. Habitaciones grandes, luminosas, camas cómodas. Próximo a una carretera con bastante tránsito, las ventanas no aíslan. Belinda, Isabel, Alberto, Abdul…, gracias por hacer cada comida un placer, por vuestro trabajo y alegría, por ser simplemente humanos. Gracias a todo el equipo de cocina y comedor, un placer. Gracias a Noemí, Juani y Yolanda por cuidar de nuestra habitación con tanto cariño y buen hacer. Gracia Esther por hacer que la calidad del hotel sea de 10 en todos sus aspectos, por tu sonrisa, ayuda y dedicación. Gracias a Alegría por su energía en el ratito de juegos con peques y grandes. Eres luz artista. Gracias a todos por el cariño inmenso, especialmente hacia la pequeña Lucía, por hacerla feliz, por cuidarnos. Sin duda recomendable! Volveremos por vosotros!”

“Really nice hotel, good location, friendly receptionists, the room was spacious enough and clean with amazing sea view. Keep in mind there is an additional charge of €25/night if you want to use their car park and needs to be booked in advance. Huge selection of food for breakfast and dinner which is great, but I wish they had paid some more attention on the quality of the food too. Especially at dinner. Breakfast was okay. At dinner you can pick fresh meat to be cooked for you on the spot. We should have avoided that. The chicken was basically raw when I got it. The next day I tried again with a small beef steak, it was inedible. Also very surprising in a 4 star hotel waiters/waitresses not understanding basic english.(There were a few exceptions though) All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel, but probably I would skip the dinner option and eat out next time.”

“Pasamos una semana estupenda en el Hotel Costa Atlantis. La ubicación es perfecta, en la parte más bonita de Puerto de la Cruz. Tiene habitaciones grandes y con orientación tanto al Teide como a la playa. Las instalaciones son muy completas con piscina y spa. La opción de reserva con the level un acierto, con atención personalizada . Pero , desde luego , lo mejor es la atención del personal , todos son super atentos . Con mención especial al personal de recepción , y en particular a Andrea por su atención y paciencia. Sin duda volveremos.”
