“Fantastic hotel in an excellent location. This was our second stay and we were looked after brilliantly by the Level team, Luna, Carmella, Juan, Veronica and Estrella. The rooms are spacious and clean, the lobby area is bright and also spotlessly clean. The pool area is busy and vibrant. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Seville.”

“Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches the hotel prepared for our boys, including the adorable wooden toys waiting in the room. It was such a sweet surprise that made them feel welcome and made our stay even more special. Dinner at quimeria restaurant The food was excellent, but what truly made our visit special was the outstanding service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. They made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our meal. Their warm hospitality and professionalism created a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for making our dinner memorable namely Ines, Pricilla, Marta and Carmen. Plus excellent view!!!”

“Excelente hotel. Las instalaciones en muy buen estado de mantenimiento, las habitaciones muy confortables. La piscina buenísima, muy de agradecer durante el verano sevillano. Pero lo que quiero señalar por encima de todo lo demás es la atención de todo el personal. Sencillamente espectacular. Especialmente quiero mencionar a las chicas que atienen en el bar en la planta cero. ¡Gracias especiales por tanta amabilidad Aroa!”

“El hotel es estupendo, la habitación y limpieza de diez, todo muy cuidado. El personal muy atento y en especial nos atendió Juan, un encanto. El desayuno a la carta con el extra del The Level, muy bueno de lo mejor. Además, almorzamos en el restaurante del hotel y la comida estaba riquísima. Lo único que nos decepcionó fue la parte de snacks y tapas en la zona Level. Esperaba algo más local (aunque algún día había salmorejo), pero eran sándwiches estilo británico que no estaban a la altura, no estaban buenos. Estoy segura de que una tortilla de patatas estaría mil veces mejor tanto para los españoles como los extranjeros que buscan gastronomía local.”
