“This was our second time at Melia Serrano. Location was perfect for our needs to do our last minute shopping as our favorite shops are walking distance and the restaurants we frequent. There’s a tiny pool to cool yourself down after a hot day shopping. Breakfast buffet is quite nice with lots of choice and coffee is good.”

“This is the best 4 star hotel I’ve ever stayed at, the level lounge is definitely worth it. I have platinum status and they upgraded me and put champagne in my room because I mentioned it was a celebration stay. Service is great, rooftop pool fantastic, and the lobby is always popping. I stayed on a lower floor and there was no noise. Food was average, not the best, but breakfast was great. I think the other reviews are misleading and they haven’t stayed at other 5 stars in madrid because I would argue this much better value.”
