“We got 2 twin COTS pushed together for our bed. I've never had a springy cot for a bed in any lodging I've paid for. Had to put the extra blankets under my mattress sheet because I was in so much pain. And I'm a backpacker and sleep on mats and on transit, but wow...I pay for a place to sleep. Also, some sort of hammering on the other side of my wall by staff for almost an hour lost me more sleep. Plenty of room for an absent mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as no ice machine in the entire hotel. Im fine with drinkable water from my bathroom tap... and no ice, but I was surprised for everyone else as they even had free ice at festivals. "Bed" was unforgivable. Nice deep tub though, saved my body.”
