“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Milan. From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. The hotel is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really stood out was the level of service. The staff were genuinely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Every interaction felt warm and personal, and they made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. “An Absolutely Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Milan! From the moment we arrived, everything about this beautiful hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Milan, with the Duomo just behind the property. You can even see its breathtaking architecture as you approach the hotel. The staff immediately welcomed us with warm smiles and took care of all our luggage. Every team member was polished, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. We were escorted to the fifth-floor check-in area, seated comfortably, and offered sparkling water while everything was explained to us in detail. The entire process felt personal, luxurious, and effortless. Our room was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, elegant, and incredibly pleasing to the eye. Housekeeping also did an exceptional job; we returned to find our room impeccably clean, organized, and thoughtfully refreshed. The spa was one of my favorite parts of our stay. It was peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect escape after exploring Milan. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the dinner options were equally delicious. The hospitality here is truly impeccable. Every detail made us feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. To the entire staff and management team: thank you for creating such a memorable experience. “This is quite simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Everything about Palazzo Cordusio Gran Meliá was exceptional. The room was absolutely beautiful — elegant, extremely comfortable and finished to an incredibly high standard. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the location could hardly be better. But what really sets this hotel apart is the service. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the level of personal attention was remarkable. This is the kind of service that turns a great five-star hotel into a truly memorable one. Room, food, location, atmosphere and especially the service — 10/10 across the board. We have stayed at many excellent luxury hotels over the years, but Palazzo Cordusio genuinely stands out. I would return without hesitation”
