“We stayed there for one night and it was amazing. We also booked the sunset picnic in the hills experience for a special occasion. The day we arrived was very windy so they took the event inside a building. Maybe that change made it better, we loved it. Special thanks to Francesca Peterlongo since she answered my endless emails about this organisation in a very detailed and also positive way, she also handled my additional requests. Another special thanks for Monica from guest experience department who took us to our private picnic and who made it perfect for us. And thanks to the front office staff too, they were always very helpful and positive! And also thanks for the gift you guys left in our room. Apart from that, our room was nicely decorated and very clean, facility in general is very good and presents you very lovely views from a hill. We also loved their breakfast.”
