“The room was great and very clean, the bed was SO comfortable. Everyone that worked at the hotel was super friendly and very accommodating, we ate a few times at the hotel - delicious food! The breakfast also. The restaurants in the town were also fantastic - be sure to book Da Delfina! We came with a baby and struggled to find any shade around the pool, there were no umbrellas!? There were only a few sun loungers that had shade from trees. There could have been better communication that the room we had booked wasn’t actually in the hotel but a drive away (only a few mins). It worked better for us because we were near restaurants so we could wheel the pram/baby in the evening for dinner, but had it been the other way round it would have been more challenging.”查看更多评论

“Были второй раз в этом отеле. Красота, виды Тосканы,но есть нескольно пожеланий: 1. 450 евро за сутки в июле это много 2. Завтраки могли бы быть поинтереснее за эти деньги,хотя девочки официанты молодцы.х 3. Пришли на ужин,все столики заняты,присели с боку,официант Мвтео извинялся что корпоратив отнял весь персонал и за час еле еле принес вино сыр и колбасу 4. В этлт отель приезжают на релакс,а вчера была дичкотека на Вилле Медичи и до 2 утра от музыки было не уснуть. 5. Приехали с концерта в 00.30,в отеле нечего поесть. “La Tenuta di Artimino è un posto splendido, con un’atmosfera unica che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Lo staff è stato sempre cordiale e gentile. Il nostro appartamento era spazioso, pulito, fresco e dotato di tutti i comfort, con un letto comodissimo. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il kit di benvenuto per il nostro cagnolone, un’attenzione che fa davvero piacere. La sala colazione è un po’ distante dall’area appartamenti e dalla struttura principale, ma, nonostante sia disponibile un servizio navetta (che noi non abbiamo utilizzato), la passeggiata è molto piacevole grazie al paesaggio meraviglioso. La piscina si trova in una posizione fantastica e anche l’esperienza nell’area spa è stata eccellente. Non avrei voluto lasciare la tenuta e ci sarei rimasto volentieri qualche giorno in più.”查看更多评论

“Ci sono luoghi che si ricordano per le emozioni che regalano, e questo è sicuramente uno di quelli. Un borgo incantevole, immerso tra ulivi e vigneti, dove storia, natura e tranquillità si fondono alla perfezione. Gli appartamenti sono curati, accoglienti e confortevoli, la piscina a sfioro è meravigliosa e tutti i servizi dell’hotel sono stati impeccabili. Un ringraziamento particolare va al personale della reception e a quello delle pulizie: sempre sorridenti, professionali e attenti, hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Complimenti ai ragazzi del del servizio navetta da e per gli appartamenti, sempre gentile e sorridenti. Avendo noi optato per la mezza pensione, mi preme sottolineare l’unico aspetto che merita di essere migliorato, il servizio della ristorazione. La prima sera alla Cantina Redi abbiamo ammirato un tramonto spettacolare, ma i tempi del servizio sono stati davvero troppo lunghi, logoranti. Dalla sera successiva abbiamo cenato da Biagio Pignatta, dove il servizio è stato decisamente più veloce e l’esperienza migliore. Anche la colazione potrebbe valorizzare maggiormente il territorio: in un luogo così speciale sarebbe bello trovare più prodotti freschi e a km 0, capaci di raccontare i sapori autentici della Toscana. Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità della direzione che, dopo aver ascoltato le nostre osservazioni, ci ha riconosciuto uno sconto sul conto finale. Un gesto di grande attenzione verso il cliente, tutt’altro che scontato. I nostri suggerimenti erano solo finalizzati a migliorare un posto che di per sé rimane unico. “El lugar perfecto si buscas desconexión, vivo en una gran ciudad y venir aquí es perfecto para descansar sin ruidos ni alboroto. El personal muy bien, sin embargo, destacan 2 personas: Francesca y Mateo, la primera nos cuidó mucho ya que estabamos celebrando unos días importantes y nos ayudó a que fuese lo mejor posible. En cuanto a Mateo, uno de los mejores profesionales que me ha atendido nunca, es de esas personas que hacen tu estancia mucho mejor.
