“Thanks to the recent renovation, this hotel has very high quality rooms and great amenities. The rooms are spacious, with an amazing window front. Minibar options and the welcoming snacks that were provided were great! By foot, the hotel is only about 5 minutes from the nearest subway station and about 4 min from the next tram station, which I found very convenient. The parking garage is also very clean, with reasonable prices compared to some other hotels I’ve been to. The hotel’s staff also has been very nice and very competent.”查看更多评论

“Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt durchwachsen. Das Zimmer selbst war grundsätzlich gut und komfortabel, allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Besonders neben dem Bett sowie unter dem Bett war deutlich Staub vorhanden, was den ansonsten positiven Eindruck des Zimmers geschmälert hat. Zusätzlich fiel unangenehm auf, dass die Handtücher einen muffigen beziehungsweise unangenehmen Geruch hatten. Die Flure wirkten bereits recht abgenutzt und waren zudem unangenehm warm. Die Lobby hingegen war modern und ansprechend gestaltet. Beim Check-in kam es leider zu Unstimmigkeiten bezüglich des bereits im Voraus bezahlten Parkplatzes. Obwohl dieser eindeutig mit der Buchung bezahlt wurde, wurde dies vom Mitarbeiter zunächst verneint. Erst nachdem wir am Folgetag nochmals darauf hingewiesen haben, wurde die Zahlung bestätigt. Das hätte bereits bei der Anreise korrekt geprüft werden müssen. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Abendessen konnten wir hingegen nicht bewerten, da das Restaurant bei unserer Ankunft am Freitag um 20:45 Uhr bereits geschlossen war – obwohl laut Hotel die Öffnungszeit bis 22:30 Uhr angegeben war. Das war enttäuschend und organisatorisch nicht nachvollziehbar. Besonders negativ fiel die Bar auf. Diese wirkte insgesamt überfordert: Bestellungen wurden vergessen oder dauerten überdurchschnittlich lange. Am Samstagabend war bereits gegen 20:00 Uhr das Bier ausverkauft. Statt transparent darauf hinzuweisen, wurde ungefragt einfach ein anderes Bier serviert. Ein solches Vorgehen ist aus Kundensicht nicht akzeptabel. Ebenfalls irritierend war die Reaktion der Rezeption auf unseren Hinweis zum fehlenden Bier. Dort wurde lediglich mitgeteilt: „Als Rezeption sind wir nicht zuständig für die Bar.“ Gerade die Rezeption ist jedoch die zentrale Anlaufstelle für Gäste und sollte Beschwerden zumindest aufnehmen und professionell weiterleiten, anstatt die Verantwortung direkt abzuweisen. Mit mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei Service, Kommunikation und Organisation könnte das Hotel den insgesamt eigentlich guten Eindruck deutlich verbessern.”查看更多评论

“Ich war mit meiner Frau Ende März für eine Nacht im INNSIDE. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Das Personal hat einen hervorragenden Job gemacht, angefangen an der Rezeption, abends an der Bar und beim Frühstück. Definitiv eine Empfehlung. Einziges Manko ist die Geräuschkulisse zum Montagmorgen durch den Berufsverkehr. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Gern können die Kollegen in Düsseldorf Seestern in München mal lernen, wie man den Gast für sein Geld angemessen verwöhnt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.”查看更多评论
