Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt in unserem wunderschönen the level Zimmer mit Skylineblick. Der Service in der Level Lounge ist, wie Service sein sollte: extrem freundlich, dabei unaufdringlich. Toll auch, dass man hier gleich einchecken kann und die Schlangen in der Lobby vermeidet. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren auch im Wellnessbereich. Die Panorama Sauna bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick auf eine sonnige Terrasse. Dort wie auch auf dem Zimmern war alles picobello sauber.

Fantastic stay at Melia. I was super impressed by the service and care of the staff at the Level lounge. Each member of the staff were very friendly, caring and kind. The lounge manager Tim is a great example of customer care of highest standards. He is a great asset for Melia hotels. If you want a hotel with all the modern facilities, excellent service and high standard of food and beverage please choose Melia Frankfurt city. This is the place where you will want to stay forever.

The whole stay left me with a bitter aftertaste. The general review: a luxurious and modern hotel. Reality? The hotel room phone was broken. We couldn't call, probably the reception couldn't call us either. After i sumbitted the "service request" in the online app, nothing happened. Some statuses shuffled, but to no avail. Then, the AC unit looks useless. It is too hard to control from the smart house control thing, and there is NO info in the room. We tried changing the temps and the speed of the "Fan", but it wasn't doing much. Our cups were not washed or changed during our stay, we had to do that ourselves too. So much for "ecology"...
