“I had a really pleasant stay that confirms the good quality of Melia’s hotels. I have stayed in many of these hotels in different countries and this one keeps up with that quality. Staff were very friendly, cheerful, and helpful, making me feel at home from the very beginning. The room was spacious, modern, clean. The mattress very comfortable. Better to ask for a room facing the inner side, which is quieter. The hotel’s sauna and gym are a plus. I found all spaces very clean. The breakfast was good. I also appreciated the initiative of offering points or a small donation to a charity working for children with cancer if guests choose to skip the daily room cleaning. I have been asking hotels to undertake such initiatives for years now, so I am happy that this hotel’s management has taken the initiative. Kudos. The location is very convenient. The metro station is just a two-minute walk away and takes you to the city centre in only a few minutes. There is also a tram stop right in front of the hotel and plenty or restaurants around.”

“Everything felt right here. The rooms are super well appointed, with great quality finishes and beds, and the whole place felt fresh. The staff were wonderful. It's also conveniently next to two supermarkets. Highly recommend!”

“Wir haben einen mydays Erlebnisgutschein geschenkt bekommen und unsere Wahl viel auf ein Candle Light Dinner im INNside by Melià Frankfurt. Wir wurden auf das herzlichste vom Restaurant Leiter Herrn Zied empfangen und an einen geschmückten Tisch geführt. Was dann folgte war ein sehr leckeres 4 Gänge Menü vom Feinsten. Persönliche Wünsche wurde sofort erfüllt und wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege ganz herzlich für diesen schönen Abend bedanken. Wir wünschen dem gesamten Team weiterhin zufriedene Gäste und schöne Momente.”
