“10 tolle Tage in London die Lage des Hotels ist gut fußläufig zum Regents Park und Madame Tussauds gleich mehrere Bahnstationen nur max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. “Hotel is quite nice but some things didnt work well. During Check-In we didnt get any information about options for breakfast and why we got charges 50 pounds more then the price agreed during reservation. Only after i saw it on my credit card and went back to reception they told me it was a deposit. This is OK but please tell it to your guests. Then arriving in our room extra bed was prepared but we booked for 3 adults. On phone i had to discuss to get this 3rd bed what is i think normal as i paid also this room more expensive compared to price for 2.
