“Our stay at Meliá Sky Barcelona started off a little rocky, but the way the staff responded completely transformed our experience. Maria from Guest Services went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even arranging custom blackout solutions in our room so we could sleep better. Vicky at the front desk immediately stepped in to address our concerns, worked hard to secure a better room, and made sure every detail was handled. Her manager, Javi, fully supported those efforts and helped ensure we were exceptionally well cared for. What impressed me most was that the exceptional service wasn't limited to just a few employees—it was the culture of the entire hotel. Maria from Housekeeping paid attention to the smallest details, noticing how I arranged my room and thoughtfully maintaining those details to make my stay more comfortable. Isabel and Victor at breakfast were always attentive and made sure I had everything I needed each morning. Joan was consistently welcoming and offered great recommendations for places to visit throughout Barcelona. My very first interaction at the hotel was with Camilla at the front desk, whose enthusiastic and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. What was originally planned as a two-night stay turned into more than two weeks because of how welcome and valued I felt. Every member of the team—from housekeeping and the doormen Mark to the breakfast staff, front desk, and guest services—was consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making my stay memorable. I've stayed at many luxury hotels, including several five-star properties, but I've never experienced a staff so dedicated to finding solutions and exceeding expectations. No request was too much trouble, and every interaction was met with warmth, enthusiasm, and a sincere desire to help. They didn't just provide great service—they made me feel genuinely cared for. Leaving the hotel was surprisingly emotional because the team made it feel like much more than just a place to stay. In all my years of travel, I can't remember another hotel where departing felt genuinely sad. The people at Meliá Sky Barcelona created an experience that I will remember for a very long time, and they are the reason I would gladly return.”

“This was such an amazing stay! The two ladies at the front desk( NOA & ) were truly exceptional in every way. After checking in i ate inside the restaurant where Pere greeted me. He was absolutely wonderful and gave me recommendations for the city. The poolside bar drinks were just as good with staff being friendly and efficient. The Club sandwich was so good i ordered twice during my stay! This was my first solo trip and Meliá exceeded my expectations within my budget. Next time I’ll be sure to book a level room as those are more updated, though the regular room was clean, comfortable and came with a nice view overlooking the city. This hotel was near all forms of public transportation as well as the beach! Nonetheless still an amazing staff and stay! 😊”

“A little expensive, but you get what you pay for. Had breakfast included in our stay and that helps a lot. Loads of variety for a family. Added additional Level service for snacks that kids loved it. Great location, which is close to all transport. The manager was very helpful and guided through further activities. But let them buy for you only if you know what you are getting otherwise end up paying for extras that you don't need.”
